This set is great value for money. I switched out the screw hooks that came with my gym's original equipment for these snap on hooks (they can hurt if you don't do it right though), it's a lot more convenient.I also use the two handles which have a really comfortable and good grip. The only thing I don't tend to use is the rope one, it would have been better if the middle part was fixed to the middle, and if the handles were a bit more comfortable to pull weights with (but they're no different to all others sold in markets at much higher prices).

Perfect it does the job

I have only used this item for a short while. It works the triceps, but you have to ensure you do not overload the weight and keep the motion strict (as with all weights). Appears sturdy and strong. Will be using it more as I move forward.

These are okay and still using some attachments but one broke within a week. I would spend more money next time but if you’re on a budget you get what you pay for, not bad.
