I bought this for a visiting child, and I had more fun than he did. They are so much better than the ones I grew up with or than I was expecting today. The parachute is cloth and wafts the little guy right down. We did not try to wrap and throw them since we were playing on a balcony with a little. We just held on to the tip of the parachute through the railings and dropped. Marvelous.

This is a classic toy in a newly upgraded tangle-free version. If you are planning to give these out at a kids’ party, you will need to have a high place to drop these from. Otherwise you may want to consider saving your gift bags to give out as each kid leaves. With that in mind, I suggest you combine this with some of those little foam/paper planes that pop together like the balsa wood ones but safer and cheaper. You could get a pack of old fashioned green army men and throw a few in each bag. That seems like a really economical way to start off your gift bags. Either way, these are old fashioned fun. If you have a high place to throw them off, and several of these, then you are really having a good time!

These were great! I used them as gifts for my team! I knew to get fabric since they function better and last longer than plastic or something cheaper. We were able to throw them high in the air at our workplace. We may or may not have also thrown them off the top floor of the office parking garage to great effect. Much enjoyment had by all!

We had two young kids competing with each other by floating these down from the deck above and landing in a wheelbarrow... they had to learn how to compensate for the wind and ensure the chute opened. Love the "no tangleness" of these for small kidsl

Bought these as stocking stuffers for the kids. I was expecting a toy that would last a few days, get tangled or ripped and tossed away. These are actually a much higher quality than I thought they would be, that was a pleasant surprise! These little plastic figures look like they will have many jumps ahead of them.

My kids love these. They quality is really nice, especially for the price. We did have one break but that was my 3-year-old's fault. Overall just a really nice, classic toy!

Pretty much what I thought they would be. One broke, but my kids can be tough on toys sometimes. We bought to throw off our second story balcony.

Most simple yet kids had tons of fun throwing it to the air and watching it falls.
