My toddler has had this phone for almost an entire year and it still works perfectly. There is so much to do with this toy that it never gets boring. I love that it is a small, handheld toy that can easily slip into a diaper bag as a fun toy when baby gets bored while we are out. The voices on this phone are completely obnoxious and I have never found a volume switch, but luckily the volume isn't too loud to begin with so it is tolerable...plus my kid loves it. This phone is very touch sensitive so it is easy for tiny fingers to push the buttons they want to play with. One really cute feature is that you can program your phone number into this phone. I can see where this would be a great learning tool for learning a parents phone number for younger kids. There are multiple interactive games like "touch the flashing light". The second screen option is like a mini i-pod that plays different kid song tunes and instrumental noises. The screen also lights up while it plays music which is so fun! We actually loved this toy so much that we donated quite a few to a local childrens hospital because it is very easy to clean and makes an easy toy to play with when a child needs to be sitting still.

I purchased 2 of these for my 8 month old and he absolutely loved it. However, the “song mode” stopped working within 30 minutes. I figured it was defective, no big deal it happens, so I returned it and ordered a new one, the new one stopped working within 5 minutes. I’m not sure what is going on, but it is very disappointing because it would be a perfect toy if it actually worked. *Edit tried a different brand of battery and it works very well now. My so loves this toy💕

I love this toy phone. My twins just turned two and this was one of their gifts. I knew I didn't want to get them a REAL electronic device, even though they love "playing" on everyone else's phone and tablet. They're still young enough to be entertained by a toy, and this one is perfect. First of all, it's TOUGH. They're still at that age where throwing things is fun and this phone has already flown down the stairs and across several rooms and it's still perfect. Secondly, it's just FUN. It lights up, it sings, it rings, it says cheese and makes a camera shutter sound. The screen is hard plastic, so I assumed all the "apps" underneath were just decorative, but I was wrong. It actually responds to touch, so your child can select an "app" and it plays a different game with them (no, the screen doesn't change, but it starts games like "press the frog" or whatever). Also, when you slide the slider to the music player screen, you can touch the play/pause/fwd buttons on the screen and control the music. I was truly surprised at just how cool this toy phone is. Even my older kids pick it up and play with it. It's reasonably priced, fun and tough. What more can you ask for?

This toy is ok. I usually love vtech toys but, i was a little disappointed with this one. I just feel like for the money, it should do a little more. Not my granddaughters favorite but, will keep her entertained for a dew moments with the lights and music. Quality is good. Strong and will withstand toddler.

This baby phone was amazing. I bought it for my grand daughter. She is 10 months old. She is always wanting my daughters smart phone. My daughter had come over for a visit. This phone was delivered while she was there. My daughter did not want me to get it for her. She said dont get her another thing. Of course I didnt listen. Well let me just say.. When I got the phone I said to my daughter this is for her to have when she comes to grandmas house. You will not be taking it home. So she did not object. Well, as soon as I opened it and gave it to my grand daughter she just loved, loved , loved it. She would not put it down. My daughter then said to me " Mom Im taking it home. I said no you''re not".:) Lol. Well She did take it home. My grand daughter loves it and wont put it down. She prefers it to all her other toys. This one is a winner. Oh, the price is great as well. No one will be disappointed. I just wanted to add. I had to exchange this phone for another one as it broke. My granddaughter was heartbroken. It broke twice. This saddens me. And my grand daughter.

This worked well for our needs and has been reliable. The quality is very good for the price.

Good toy, but broke in less than a month. Second time we buy it as the first one lasted longer.

My great-granddaughter is one year old. She liked the Vtech Touch & Swipe Baby Phone right from the beginning. She started bouncing to the music as soon as we turned it on. She could work the buttons quickly too. Good toy.
