Low quality
The product didn't have instructions for putting it together so copy the picture on the box. I got a Duracell 9v battery and it lasted less than a day. You can't turn it off to preserve the battery when you're not watching it without removing the battery itself. It has a clunking sound to it as well that is annoying. Waste of money. It'll just be an ornament rather than turned on now.

Battery use massive
Nice little model. A bit plasticy and quite noisy when moving. My main reason for writing a review is to let folks know that the battery use is insane. I have replaced x2 9v batteries in this in 7 weeks. There is no off switch so a total fiddle to disengage the battery - if its on perpetually the battery use will be massive. Other that that its a nice model.

planetario magnetico

At Last! My Quiddich trophy arrived...
For the price, this is a fun ornament. It needs a battery (the type smoke alarms take), but it's not motorised - it's an electromagnet that swings the outer circle back and forth, the inner circles randomly rotate. I think earlier 1* reviewers may have had unrealistic expectations about a true perpectual motion machine with all three circles rotating. They don't and the outer circle is just meant to have a pendulum motion. On the downside, it is a little noisy - like a ticking clock, and the support arms are plastic, but for £10 odd I wasn't expecting solid brass! The ticking is a regular noise, so not irritating and in fact quite soothing. It's a nice talking point for visiting children, probably more-so when I turn the inner ball into a golden snitch and the whole thing into a Quidditch trophy... perfect.

Amusing
I am very annoyed this didn't work, waited til I got a new pack of Duracel batteries from Amazon (dates on the batteries March 2021) n still nothing, can't send it back as I already recycled the box.I've had to change my review of this, it requires ya to give it a spin first to get it moving, then it continually moves off it's own accord (provided there's a battery in it)
