Is the glitter area supposed to have liquid so the glitter flows around? Mine does not and I have never seen a cup that doesn't have that.

My cup had liquid when I received it. Not even a month after using it the liquid in between the plastics started leaking

Beautiful cup easily broken :(

I bought this for my daughter's 10 year old birthday. It is a beautiful cup. We spent about $13 to buy the cup. She had it for only 2 days. And then something happened and it got chipped. Now the cup gets water on the inside of it and the confetti falls out as well. I recommend these cups the price is great they're beautiful the only downside is you have to be extremely careful when washing /using these cups because they are extremely breakable. So if you're going to buy for a kid DON'T! recommend but maybe teenagers and adults would be more careful So good product bad durability .So beautiful.
