Great for all kinds of traditional Chaats.Wonder smell and taste giving you food authentic flavor.I recommend trying it out on other foods like popcorn or fried potatoes.

Chunky Chat is a savory blend that pumps up the flavor of fruits and vegetables. I tasted it on papaya during a trip to India. Back in the US it has become the quintessential sprinkle with corn on the cob; grilled or boiled, buttered, sprinkled with Chunky Chat and a squeeze of fresh lime. I recently used it in gazpacho I put together that included both peaches and watermelon. It brings out the best in summer’s bounty.

I first had this spice back in the mid 1980's when traveling in Bhutan in the Hymalayas. It was used as a flavor on plain potato chips.Ever since I love putting this on lightly salted chips. Its now a family tradition.Yum!

Can't find it in a store near my vacation spot, so I ordered online. Much more expensive than at my local indian grocery stores at home, but it was either order or do without. Reasonable expiry date.

This is what the local indian place puts on their chicken pakora, so I had to grab some for myself. It's really delicious and goes great on fries/chicken tendies/etc.

You will find this at a lower price within an Indian market, but if you can’t get there this will do. The taste is good.
