This was easy to install and holds a lot of jackets and even my heavy purse! I wish I had purchased it earlier.

Wanted something for my small business that had plenty of hooks, was sturdy and reasonably priced.

Everything was as described. Easy to install. Ordered a second one.

I love the look and size of this black coat hooks mount. It did however arrive with a stripped corner about 18” long. The piece that stripped off was still attached so my husband was able to fix it with some glue. I am thankful we were able to save it because as a small household of just three people, we use almost every single hook (at least in the winter) in our entryway. One thing I found a little odd about it though is that the nails used to nail it to the wall were not black on the head. All the other nails on it are. So the silver ones stuck out like a sore thumb. I did buy a black marker meant to be used on metal, and painted the nail heads with that once it was installed. So it looks much better, but why not just have all black matching nail heads to begin with???

We are a family of 5 and there is plenty of room for each of us to have two sets of double hooks.

Worked much better than other racks because the holes matched up with studs in the wall..

The wood seems like it's never seen a tree. It came with dings and scratches - used a marker on them. The wall anchors are terrible and I had to use my own. Some of the screws that hold the actual hooks are already semi-stripped and I can't tighten the ones that are not stripped, their hole seems stripped. I tore down the whole thing and I'm getting something else. They probably sent me a product that had been returned. Just don't do it. It's not worth the headache.

Well made but could have been a bit cheaper.

It's only been up a couple of months and 2 hooks have snapped off already. Nothing heavy was hung on them - they just snapped pretty easily. Not happy with product - hooks not made of metal, just plastic I think.

Absolute waste of time. The first purchase was delivered with broken hooks now I know why. The hooks are too weak and not fit for purpose. 4 of the hooks have snapped off with the weight of a large child’s coat. The hooks are made of hollow flimsy metal and so understandably break off easily. Avoid.
