Macedonian or Serbian?????
The ajvar is fantastic! Really a great Macedonian product. However, the packaging says "Serbian" but the diner print says "Gevgelia". Don't try squeeze the market and think we won't notice. Either it is a Macedonian product or a Serbian one, Pick a country!

Very good.
This stuff is amazing. Especially tasty if you cut an pinion, fry in until golden, add a jar or ajvar and some minced garlic and cook for 5 min longer. Yum!

Better by FAR than the ajvar I picked up on my way through Croatia this spring, which was bitter. This ajvar is sweeter with a nice, mellow pepper flavor.
