I wouldn't recommend.
I was my eyebrows, so I'm not relying on these to keep my brows in check. But sometimes I have a few spots where the hair will grow back faster and instead of sitting in front of my mirror and torturing myself with tweezers, I figured it'd be easier to just use a small razor made specifically for eyebrows and these razors, while sharp. Did not remove hair from my brow line. It cut through an envelope when I was opening some mail. As for removing hair, I wouldn't recommend.
