Q: hi, does this cleanser remove makeup? Thank you.

In my experience over very many years of use, this Clinique cleanser gives a very deep clean when its lathered and removes makeup - including eye makeup. When removing eye makeup, keep eyes closed and remove mascara with an upward/downward movement (not sideways) and it should not get into your eyes. Simply rinse off with steaming face cloth and your skin feels wonderful. I also use Clinique's 7th Day Scrub which removes dead skin cells and gives skin almost translucent look. It's great.

Q: Can i use with facial brush cleaner

This cleanser is quite rich and I use my fingers to apply before rinsing off. I cannot think of a reason why you could not use a brush to apply this cleanser.
