Low quality product not compatible with windows 10 . No driver availability online and on mode
The media could not be loaded. Low quality product for the price , sim slot bad , no driver on the device or online , instruction manual not very helpful . Over all product is very low quality. Don’t buy

Verizon SIM doesn’t fit ?
I might be doing something wrong here but I took my sim out of iPhone and tried to plug into the his LTE modem and it didn’t fit. There are two formats of cards this modem take but neither worked with mine.

I do not recommend for Tmobile
The media could not be loaded. I buy this device for field trip, it’s looks not appropriate after I try to use internet with this device my pc Wi-Fi adapter is disappeared. I reinstalled new Wi-Fi software from micro software…….

Waste the money if you're using T-Mobile
Plugged in at T-Mobile SIM thinking that this would work it doesn't even detect that the SIM card is there complete waste of money
