Had this a couple of times now on some oven baked pork belly and it's absolutely delicious.Toss a few tablespoons into a bowl with 6-8 pork belly slices, mix 'em up and get them all covered, wait for a few hours (Best overnight) and bung them in the oven for 90 minutes on 150C turning half way. Amazing!

Great tasting dry rub for very simple char siu seasoning or Chinese style ribs.

Great on Pork family love it
Rub it on a bacon joint then colmans mustard over the top. pressure cook in a Ninja .
