We use these daily as we eat a lot of meat. Can not beat them for the price. They are very sharp and durable. I would purchase them again.

The knives are super sharp. Cut through a steak like it is a hot knife through butter. Victorinox brand I've found to be a really good brand. Love my chef's knife! These knives strike me as just as sharp and when they get dull they will be easy to sharpen. Overall I'm happy enough with the purchase and I'm sure I'll get years of use out of them.Only down side to me on them, is that they are not the most comfortable fit in the hand. They are also really light feeling. I don't need some huge, super heavy knife, but these feel really, really light and the handles seem thin/small.If you are looking for a large, chunky, weighty knife. This is not it. If you are looking for a quality, easily resharpened steak knife then these are very good.

I can't believe the difference in having a great set of table knives. For the price range they are excellent.

Very nice knives. I think the handles could be a little bit bigger. But I've had other knives that had the same handle from the same manufacturer.

Ligtweight, sharp

These knives are so thin that I was concerned they would break easily. That said, they are extremely sharp (be careful!) and have weathered quite a few washes in the dishwasher with no signs of rust. This is the second set I purchased after giving the first set some time to see if they would hold up. So far, they're working great. Despite being extra thin, they've done a great job cutting steak or any meat. They are serrated, but even the serrations are very small. The only thing is that when it comes time to sharpen them, I don't know how well that will work. But otherwise, these are fantastic knives and seem as if they'll remain sharp for a long time.

Victorinox makes the best affordable kitchen knives! They are lightweight, thin, and sharp. I believe they are still made in Switzerland! I've purchased these multiple times for family as gifts. I collect pocket knives and Victorinox knows how to make a quality kitchen knife!
