Received the screen; it is as described. Looks great, and packaged VERY well. It HAS to be packaged well; the glass is incredibly thin and delicate.Comes with sticky foam to reattach to device.The only difficult part is getting the old screen off; it is VERY difficult to get off.Installing the screen is very straightforward; just be mindful of removing every last bit of the factory glue.

All products are more accurately described as "refurbished", and that is to be expected. What was NOT expected was receiving the EXACT same product, with the EXACT same defect, that I returned the first time around. Unbelievable.Edit: Turns out the fault is Amazon as they fulfilled the order. Despite the screen not working, it was well packaged and included everything as advertised.

Purchased to replace a crack surface book 2. Removing the old one is a pain but the replacement is nice and bring back the surface to life :)The adhesive is a bit thick causing the screen to be a bit out and not flush but over all a good replacement tThank you

I bought it in January and still working elhamdullah .4 stars because of the sticker glue that came with it didn't hold for two week , so I glued the screen
