I have a 1 1/2" suction line from the well. Will this work into the 2" intake?

We don't recommend doing this because you can risk starving the pump which causes cavitation (the pump will vibrate loudly) and will eventually damage the pump. It will also affect the performance of the pump. The owner's manual states, "Use only new, clean pipe or hose the same size as that of the pump suction tapping."
