gloves are lightweight and easy to get on a snug fit so small is as stated small! however not much resistance so anyone requesting a greater resistance might need different glove.

Ok, but.....
Tried these out yesterday and have to say I really can't notice much difference to not wearing them. Quite difficult to remove as well, so won't be bothering with them again.Nothing wrong with the product, seem to be well made but don't do what I was hoping for.

Poor fit
My husband has had these gloves before and was very happy, but these gloves were a real disappointmentThe gloves are supposed to be large, but he could not get his hands in . The opening was only 2 1/2 inches across and even my much smaller ladies hands could not get them on. Will be returning them
