Older, well established co with wonderful baking products. The whipping cram stabilizer is great. No fallen whipped cream frostings etc.

Don’t waste your money $$$$$
Do not waste your money, they send 2 very small packages and, it looks like they got a box and separated them into two’s and repackaged them, not worth the money or trouble, if you’re making multiple desserts, you will need way more, envelopes are the size of seed packets, won’t buy this ever again, big ripoff.

This product worked wonderful, keeping my whipped cream stabilized for a party. My cupcakes were left out for like six hours at the party and the whipped cream was so stable that it tasted like it was fresh.

The best product ever!
The best cake stabilizer for whipping cream. It stays and never fall out. I hope the next time I order this product Amazon will send the right one I've ordered. Just recently, I ordered this 1 box I ordered exactly the one in picture in light blue packaging but they sent me one in dark blue packaging that doesn't stabilized the whipping cream really good. So sad about that recent purchase. This stabilizer in the light blue packaging is the best!
