I love this water filter pitcher, water look very clear, it tastes fresh and so good, I save a lot of money because it comes with two water filters that that each last 60 days. Now I enjoy drinking more water that before and it makes my body so happy, hydrated and healthy.

This filters out my well water's arsenic, which is the reason I got it. It is a great product and I have refills to keep my drinking water clear and clean for months! Customer service is extremely helpful.

I ordered this because it was time to replace the filters/bladder in our reverse osmosis system, but I didn't have a spare $300 sitting around. As I was researching countertop reverse osmosis systems I discovered reverse osmosis is actually not that great for your health as it tends to filter out some of the necessary minerals. Since I happened to have recently been found seriously low in vitamin D I started checking out other options. I saw the alkaline filter pitchers and I am aware my body is normally too acidic due to my higher protein diet, so I read up and discovered that drinking alkaline water is good for your digestive system, good for absorbing minerals, and helps people with reflux and kidney disease. My mom has renal insufficiency and GERD so she has a lot of burping and heartburn. I have IBS and don't absorb vitamins and minerals well to begin with so I need all the help I can get. I researched all the options and decided on this one in spite of the issues some people had with pouring, but at least I was forewarned. I didn't have a testing kit available to check the pH of the water after the pitcher arrived, but when I put some of our reverse osmosis water in it and filtered it back through it came out tasting perfect, just like if I had bought a bottle of Dasani or Aquafina. Next I filtered our tap water (definitely not something I can usually drink straight from the tap because it tastes very bad). I tried it straight from the pitcher and it was actually good. There was a slight mineral taste but nothing off putting. We typically chill our water in the fridge anyway, so I put it in the fridge, let it get nice and cold and drank some more. Tasted wonderful. Fast forward 2 weeks and my IBS symptoms are pretty much almost gone. My cat is having the same issues so I'm starting to give them the alkaline water in their fountain and in their bowls around the house as well in hopes it will help him too (in addition to the new diet and vitamin B shots the vet has instituted). In addition, I noticed my mother hasn't been burping much at all. I asked her today if she had noticed any improvement in her reflux and she said she had just realized yesterday it was much better than it had been. She has also not had to get up and take honey or jam in the middle of the night from any low blood sugar incidents either. Not sure if that's related or not, but there for a while she was getting up multiple times a week because of low blood sugar. The counter is working on my pitcher. After one mis-pour, I now pour it while automatically holding the "fill lid" closed and simultaneously keeping the lid in place with one hand, while pouring it into a glass or jug for the fridge with the other hand. I decided not to put the pitcher itself in the fridge in hopes that it would last longer if it wasn't kept chilled all the time. Again, I'm not sure exactly what alkaline reading it might give if I had the testing materials available, but from our positive responses health-wise, I am certain it is doing what is designed to do.

I was on a budget and couldn’t afford the pricey water pitchers and researched the different brands. I was searching for an affordable water filter that removes fluoride and this one does. Other inexpensive filters do not remove fluoride. The pitcher is attractive and easy to set up with a countdown to let you know when the filter needs to be changed. Another perk is that it has an extremely fast filtration system. It has a very nice, soft flavor, I enjoy the taste. As far as the people complaining about the black stuff in their water… if you read through the instructions you’ll see that the filter has to be rinsed before inserting. If you don’t rinse the filter you will see black charcoal particles in your water, it’s not dirt it’s natural charcoal from the filter which needs to be rinsed before use. My housemate was using a Brita filter which still tasted like tap water but this company has much better flavor. Great water and value.

I bought this for my office to prep black and herbal tea. I specifically need 1.7 liters of filtered water, which is why I chose this model. While I haven't done any "fancy" lab testing like other reviewers, the water taste is great and the quality of my tea is as good as ever. Capacity details: The top reservoir holds roughly 0.8 liters, so I have to fill it twice to get the volume I need. The pitcher holds about 2 liters of filtered water total, but a tip for users: if the bottom is full and you add more to the top reservoir, it won't filter through further. Size Note: The pitcher is quite tall, so it doesn't fit under my office faucet. I’ve solved this by using a 0.8L glass bottle to fill the top. Service: Their customer service is excellent. They were very quick to respond and resolved an issue with my original order immediately. I can't speak to the long-term durability yet, but the water quality is very high.

This product hit my radar after listening to a Mike Adams report on various water filters on his Brighteon podcast. He had several filters and was testing which could remove the most Cesium in case of a nuclear emergency. This was one of the top filters tested of the bunch, removing 99.98% of the cesium. This is not even something the company even claims the filter can do and may not even be aware of. I wasn't specifically looking for something that can do this, but its pretty cool that it can... I chose this one over the others because this one also adds alkalinity to the water and that was a big plus for me. I ordered this pitcher along with a 6 pack of additional filters. I was disappointed initially when the pitcher arrived with one of the two included filters damaged. There was no damage to the box, the pitcher, or the other filter. However, one of the filter packs was damaged and the entire contents of the filter was loose inside of the filters packaging. The filter had cracked and spilled out a lot of the filter media inside. When I opened the pitcher, there was a contact email address inside asking customers to reach out to them if there were any issues so that they could have a chance to resolve any problems. I emailed them and explained the situation. Customer support emailed me back within a few hours even though I emailed them on a Friday night. They asked for my order number and address and stated that they would not only replace the one filter that was damaged, but they would send me out a 4 pack! Not only did they do that, but they also sent it in 2 days! I opened my initial package on a Friday night, emailed them and received my 4 replacements on Sunday. Now that my friends is how you do customer service and I'm now a customer for life. Thank you, Hskyhan, job well done!

I would give five stars but I do not love the design of this pitcher. The filter reservoir is quite large, and goes down very deep into the pitcher. This would seem like a nice feature however I have found that the water in the reservoir will not drain out (not even slowly over time) if the water in the actual pitcher (the filtered water) is level with the bottom of the filter reservoir where the clean water drains out of. Then when you go to pour water out, you are getting unfiltered water coming out of the pitcher. This seems like a design flaw because the pitcher itself can hold so much water which would be nice. But I have to manually hold the water reservoir up to drain out all the filtered water just so I can fill up the pitcher. Also came back to add that the filters claim to last 60 days and it barely lasted 30 days then had this horrible plastic after taste. Will not be buying again and do not recommend!

A jarra chegou rapidinho, gostei muito da minha compra. Vem com um filtro reserva, fácil de usar. Recomendo, pode comprar, é importada mas é seguro, pois no ato do pagamento já inclui o frete de importação.

We recently purchased the water filter jug upon recommendation from our daughter (who is very picky when it comes to water). I can honestly say it is awesome at filtering the city water. The filtered water tastes like water should! Refreshing! No more funky taste, no more chlorine odour or taste, and no more buying bottles and jugs of water. Item arrived exactly on time, well packaged. We like that there is an indicator on the top which tells you when to replace the filter cartridge as well, no guessing. Would highly recommend if you're in the market for a water filtering jug.

Great water filter, holds a lot of water, tested both tap water and filtered water to check if it really does work and it does! Make sure u run 3-4 full jugs of water through it before drinking to get out any excess carbon dust or the water will taste off first few times. After that it tastes great and very clean One of the filter cartridges was broken when it arrived, costumer service was awesome about sending me another cartridge. Simple to use and easy to clean!

Excelente produto, já possuo a jarra há quatro meses, não tive mais problema de viroses por contaminação de água. É surreal como muda a qualidade da água, hoje consigo ingerir mais líquido sem nenhum esforço.
