My Husband Says Theyโre Better, So Here I Am
I had just bought a perfectly good pack of about 200 wooden toothpicks from the grocery store, feeling quite accomplished with my frugal find. But then my husband, in all his infinite wisdom, informed me that the wooden ones suck and that plastic ones are way better. So here I am, writing a review for these Creative Converting Assorted Plastic Picks. Personally, I donโt get the benefits. A toothpick is a toothpick, right? But my all-knowing husband insists theyโre much stronger or something. Apparently, Iโm supposed to be impressed by their superior durability. I guess he's planning to tackle some serious cocktail olive stabbing or maybe embark on some epic hors d'oeuvre spearing. Who knows? In the meantime, Iโll be nostalgically gazing at my wooden toothpicks, perhaps considering a return to my middle school days when building a bridge out of them was the pinnacle of engineering achievement. Maybe these plastic ones would make for a more resilient structure, but I'm still partial to the classics. In conclusion, if you want plastic picks because your spouse says theyโre the best thing since sliced bread, go for it. They come in assorted colors, which is a nice touch, I suppose. But if youโre like me and think a toothpick should just be a toothpick, stick with the wooden ones. Or donโt. Whatever floats your boat (wonder if wood or plastic would float a boat better?!).

creatively
I am a scrapbooker and a lifebook writer. I wanted to write a page about playing pick-up-sticks as a child. I used the plastic toothpicks to represent them. Crazy I know

Not a TOOTHpick
I bought these to chew on throughout the day. Nothing like sucking on a nice piece of wood to pass the time, but these are not wood. They are plastic and they break VERY easily. Do not buy these to use as TOOTHpicks. They will break in your mouth.

Stick to wooden toothpicks
Product arrived loose and scattered all over in the box. Very thin product. Does not hold items as well as wooden . Items slide off of these toothpicks. Not an item I would recommend

I thought they were wooden. They are not wooden. I do not know if the person I bought them for will use them because they are not wood. Soooo I'm a little disappointed. They seem to be in great condition though.
