Okay, I love this brand and their products but seriously spend the extra $2 and purchase from their actual website. I just received yet another bottle of my Zinc and the plastic seal is entirely loose - I could open and lift the dropped completely off and put back on and it looks completely untouched. A big no no! Who knows what could be in this, looks like water for all I know. Go to Good State actual website, just like their rep told me, they don't know what happens to their products what's amazon gets it.

I bought this Zinc supplement because I was looking for reasons why my hair was shedding more than normal. I had a lot of stress in the fall - bought and sold a home, injured myself, my husband travels a lot for work, etc. My hair started shedding a lot. I mean I was clogging the vacuum cleaner, it was showing up in our dinner, and the shower floor looked scary after I showered. I started reading how stress actually makes your hair fall out. It turns out that stress can cause your body to have a Zinc deficiency and this can often cause hair loss and frequent colds, which were two things that I was experiencing. Usually, supplements take a good month to start working for me. I noticed the effects of this supplement 5 days after taking it. My hair shedding has decreased by at least half and my daughter's nails have gone from brittle to somewhat strong, and she's sad because she can't just "peel" them to make them shorter. :-) I give my 9 year old 5 drops which she quickly follows with her vitamins because the taste is not super kid-friendly. The taste is like a bitter sour that is pretty strange but not terribly over-powering. I take 10 drops at the back of my mouth and I let them drip down the back of my throat. I then drink a big gulp of water and continue eating my breakfast. Thank you for making this product!!

I originally purchased this product in June of 2018 after researching what to do about hair loss. I was losing huge handfuls of hair in the shower, had hair all over the floors, and had noticable patches of my scalp visible. Even my hair stylist commented on my hair looking thin. Then I saw a picture of myself and my hair looked extremely thin, almost as if I was balding. I frantically researched what to do. Besides having a thyroid panel done, I read to take zinc. It is now October, and I went back for a hair cut and my stylist could not stop commenting on the new hair growth. She and I are completely amazed. You can no longer see my scalp through my hair, new hair is growing all over my scalp and making it much thicker. I look a little funny because the hair is thicker up top and still a little stringy at the bottom because it hasn’t caught up yet, but I’ll definitely take it! No more clumps of hair in the shower and all over the floor. I am so thankful for this product!

This bottle arrived very well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap with no issues at all, good job Good State. For the product it does not taste that good to me but that is zinc for you it is just bad tasting. I have noticed that I have to take this product on a full stomach or it really upsets my stomach bad. I have not experienced that with other zinc products but this is also the first liquid zinc product that I have taken. I do not have blood work as other do to confirm that this product is working and is adsorbed correctly but from the taste I have zero doubts it does have a high level of zinc in it. I think this product provides a very good value, is very convenient to use and seems to be dosed properly. I am using this to boost my immune system to try and help alleviate my allergies, so far this combined with Black seed oil and royal honey have made a noticeable difference this allergy season.

My blood test revealed below normal in Zinc suggesting why I got sick a lot. I took supplements with Zinc, but still got sick often. When sick, I used Zinc for Nose in swabs, and Zinc for mouth. Learned about this particular Zinc, for colds/flu, from Medical Medium. (Long story short I studied Medical Medium to prove to a friend it was a farce, only to come out a believer. I still don't call on angels, I go to the TOP which is God.) Anyway, Medical Medium taught to do "Zinc shots" where you let it sit in the back of your throat before swallowing so many times a day. My cold was gone very quickly instead of the 2-weeks it usually takes to run its course. I'm still take the product to build my reserves.
