SET INCLUDES: 1 Large Applicator, 1 Small Applicator, 40 Self-Adhesive Replacement Pads: 20 Large Pads and 20 Small Pads, clear plastic packaging, instruction. Use only in circular motions, with slight pressure. Do not bear down. Going first in one circular direction, then the other, repeat this procedure until all the hairs have been removed. For larger areas like legs and forearms, use the larger backing pad. For smaller, or uneven areas, use the smaller backing pad, with the same circular motions. When done your skin may look a little whitish or gray in color, which is great news because you`ve exfoliated dead skin cells. Simply moisturize as desired. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. How quickly does the hair grow back? This depends on your hair growth (i.e. coarseness, amount, etc.). As you continue to use it to buff away your hair, it will grow back less each time. 2. Is it painful? It is a painless and safe hair removal system. There is no component of it that can cut your skin or cause any pain. 3. Can I use it every day? It can be used every day - just remember to use it in gentle clockwise and counter-clockwise motions. 4. How long does a pad last? This will depend on the amount and coarseness of the hair. On average, one pad will last long enough to use on a woman`s legs twice before needing to be replaced. 5. How long does the hair have to be? It is recommended that you use it on shorter hair, although it also works on regular and long hair. If the hair is very long, first time trimming is recommended. 6. Will hair grow back thicker on my face? No the hair will not grow back thicker. After continued use, less hair will grow back and it will be thinner than previous hair.

Not the same quality as Smooth Away
I have been using Smooth Away products for the past 2 years primarily for facial hair removal. When I opened this pack I noticed right away that the pads looked a lot different and had no tabs for removing the paper backing from the adhesive. The applicators also were slightly different. When I used the product on my face it caused terrible burning on my skin. I also tried it on my legs; it worked much better there but still left my legs feeling dry and chaffed. I used the product yesterday and have had to moisturized both my face and legs repeatedly. Definitely not the same product as the original smooth away.

almost too difficult to open
i love this method of hair removal. the original set applicators come with a small tab which makes them easy to peel off the sticky backing. these are NEIGH impossible. so much so that i am considering buying an old fashion razor. HAS simply GOT to be easier than peeling the backing off one of these! by the time i get it off, i am frustrated and have spent too much time. i need one per lower leg so the process of frustration is times 2.

Too rough for delicate areas
These pads work as far as removing the hair but are too rough for delicate areas such as the lip. I used the small applicator as I had in the past with original pads that came with the smooth away and had no problems, but this time with "generic" pads I had a red rash that was evident and lasted for several days. As far a removing hair from the legs it was fine but again, not for delicate areas. I guess you get what you pay for!!

rough
The applicators are a little rough and give me a little of a sandpaper burn. Also the adhesive on the back doesn't hold very well. Not very pleased.

Two Stars
Might as well use 80 grit sandpaper

to rough
Smooth Away/Lassy legs are to rough on the skin. I have used Smooth Away before and have had good results. This product I would not buy again.
