I bought 3 of these--all three have loosened up and fell apart. WHY in the world are there so many moving/working parts to these? When using this product, in normal use, it weakens all of the screwed together parts. . We do not abuse items we buy either. Why can't they be solid-one piece unit, with a base that screws & secures onto the wall? Don't waste your time or money with these...you will be pi$$ed. Now I hv to go on hunt for another option or make them using industrial pipe so they will last more than a couple of months.

These were perfect for my newly updated half bath. This was exactly what I was looking for. It’s a perfect matte black, it’s really sturdy!!! Has really good weight to it. Super easy to install. Looks like an expensive piece, at a fraction of the cost!!! Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for matte black, good quality bathroom hardware. Got the matching towel ring as well. All great quality!!

Very nice, modern looking, sturdy toilet paper holder. Certain members of my household are too lazy to put toilet paper on the old style of toilet paper holder. This newer style, which has the open tube on one side, is so convenient that even the laziest person can put the new roll on. The wider circle at the end of the tube keeps the toilet paper secure and prevents it from sliding off inadvertently.

Putting in new towel rings and toilet paper holder was just the update our old bathroom needed. The only thing that may be improved on is that TINY LITTLE SCREW to hold the unit on is a bitch for old hands, but we manage to do the job. I would recommend this product, good price, a little awkward to mount but we are glad we bought.

I recently redid my half bath and installed this with towel rings to match . Made a big difference.

This was my lovely wife’s idea to put this medieval looking TP holder I’ve ever seen but it’s sturdy AF. It grows on u. 😇

Very quickly became loose at the center anchor point and started to “droop down” which took away from its usefulness. Now I have holes in my wall so no turning back.

Looks nice but the quality is very poor. It fell apart completely after about a week’s use. All the screws inside the unit came loose and it basically all came apart. I threw it out and bought a different kind.

Fairly annoyed by this Paper Towel Holder, as the grub screw isn't long enough to hold wait/engage securing plate and the holder isn't big enough for Costco rolls.I now have two holes in my tiles and stuck with this poorly designed product. Avoid this one!!!!

Packaged really well. Seems like great quality. Bought As a set with a towel holder ring that looked the same but they had completely different finish.

This article is nice looking and does its job, however, jumbo rolls like Costco's do not fit properly. Had I known, I would not have purchased it.
