When I put it on and started walking, I could feel it pulling my body in a straight line. I have scoliosis that really helps my posture and balance. I feel taller. Although my shoulders are relaxed, I think their posture is better. Unbelievable

I am in love with this balance cushion disk. I haven't seen one in both this color and this size before. I am used to smaller discs. I have used it every day since I got it. Both in the gym and also at home while sitting on my desk for hours on end. It helps my back stay stable and my posture great for a long day in the office. I loved the packaging and the bag it comes with too. Very easy to use and pump up with the included hand pump. Very detailed instructions and the pictures on the box are very helpful as well. I also got the free sports inflator needle kit which arrived separately. That helped inflate my Sagal cushion perfectly and its a nice touch because I can use it on other sports balls too. Such a great product. I will shop this brand and company again in the future.

I absolutely love this. I use it for my core while sitting at my desk at work. I also have been using it to practice my balance for my kickboxing and karate classes. It is also very easy to pump up and deflate as you will want to change that depending on what you are using it for. Example: I've been using it to get better at push ups, which I have been struggling with in training. Just inflate it so that you can rest your core on it when you lower yourself and then you can deflate it gradually as your arms gain more strength. Now it is flat and I've removed it. I am now able to do the push ups on my own - which I could not do before. Many many uses and very sturdy product for the money.

This really does help to ensure we are sitting with correct posture. I use it while at the computer or in front of the TV. Just make sure you read the manual that comes with the product. It make the difference. I have only bought one to try out by my wife and me but plan on ordering more because they work! It is also nicely packaged , great for gift .

I noticed the difference in my posture when wearing it. I think this will help prevent back pain as I sit at the computer for my job all day. I feel more upright with shoulders pulled back and a straight back with it on. It does not feel too constricting.
