Solpex 6 Pack Solar Pathway Lights - Solar Powered Outdoor Metal & Glass Garden Lights, Waterproof for Patio, Yard, Lawn and Garden (Warm White)

First of all, I was pleased with quality of lights. One light was not operational because of a bad battery. Customer service was responsive and issued a credit which will offset the cost of me replacing the battery. Battery storage is not great so the lights only work 4-5 hours nightly. I will replace batteries with some having higher storage capacity. Lights are sufficiently bright and the light pattern is attractive. This is an updated review based on my experience with customer service. Customer service is outstanding and makes every effort to resolve customer's concerns and product issues. I am completely satisfied with all that they did to make sure I am happy with the product and to help me resolve my issues. Now after having the lights installed for several weeks I think that the problem I reported may be related to the placement of the lights (not enough exposure to sun in winter). I am going to relocate the lights to a more open location. In summary, I am very impressed with this company's customer service and their efforts to keep customers satisfied.

Bought a set of lights to replace old ones that were quite rusted. They were so cheap I sent them back and bought these. Way nicer quality. 25 lumens and 3.2 volts compared to 10 lumens and 1.2 volt batteries. These are glass and not plastic as well. I would recommend these.

I really hated to do it, but had to take away a star because one of the Solar Lights was very dim. Swapped batteries with one of the lights that lit up normally and it was still dim. Had already installed them and hated to return all six because of one light, but working with Amazon they told me there was no other option. Company would not replace just one light. So Amazon sent me 6 new ones and they were all good. Only replaced the tops and reused Amazon packaging for free return. Gotta love Amazon for that. So other than that the lights are high quality lights w/glass globes and stay lit all night and look good at night.UPDATE - It's only been a month. Took another star away, one of the lights quit working and it looks like water got on the inside of these so-called waterproof lights - here's what it says. "【Weatherproof and Warranty】With IP44 Waterproof, Solpex solar garden lights are suitable for outdoor use, no worries about rain, snow, frost, or sleet. If you are not satisfied with the solar lights, just contact the contact information on the manual, we will solve the problem for you at the first time. " Going to try and contact them for a replacement under the warranty.Update 12/2/2021 So I have been in touch with Solpex Customer Service and as a result I have changed my review to 5 stars. The Customer Service Dept. at Solpex is absolutely OUTSTANDING. They took care of my issue and the remaining 5 lights are all still working great. I would highly recommend this Company and these lights because not only are the lights high quality, they have a Customer Service Dept that stands behind their product. Thank You Solpex.

The lights arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. The lights are truly bright for solar path lights. They do provide a nice shadow/design on the lighted surrounding surface. The come on at dark like expected and look very nice.I did have issues with one light not coming on. I had the same issue with two different sets that I purchased. I was able to get the lights working by taking out the battery and then returning it. Powering off and on. Seemed to do the trick for both of the lights (one from each set) that had the problem. (Note: Both lights were also placed relatively near overhead floodlights which I may investigate if that caused the issue...but hasn't caused it since.)I also noticed the lights do not stay on for very long. Even on very sunny days, the lights begin shutting off around midnight for me. So I only seem to be getting a few hours of light. I assume this is because they are much brighter than other lights--they must use more energy. I would like them last until at least 3am to 4am, but this isn't a dealbreaker for me.As far as construction goes, these are made pretty well. They are not super-high quality, but far exceed the quality of similar inexpensive solar path lights. They are made of actual glass, not plastic and black stainless steel. The stainless steel construction is very thin, but should hold up well for its intended purpose and is reasonably sturdy for the price point.They do have the typical cheap plastic stakes, (which they all have) and one of those broke during my installation. I was a little disappointed that it broke, but more disappointed that the company stopped communicating with me when I asked about purchasing a replacement. They offered to credit me the cost of one light. I wrote back asking if I could just purchase one--since it wasn't necessarily their fault. I never heard back--despite being very responsive originally. (Contact was through Facebook Messenger/instant message.). It was a little strange. I think they just didn't want to tell me no, so they just didn't write back.Note: Plastic might be the best material for stakes, to avoid corrosion. They just need to be heavier. I'm not sure how they do that and keep a low price though. Shipping weight and Material cost might prohibit that. Maybe a sturdier stake design will solve the problem eventually.Either way, none of my complaints stopped me from purchasing a second set. Then, I just ordered a third (but slightly different) set of lights from the same company, when I noticed my cheaper plastic set of landscape path lights I purchased from Lowe's isn't staying lit for very long after just 1.5 years. Battery replacement would have cost almost as much as the discounted sale price on another set, so I took advantage the sale.Four stars--is really just because they don't stay on long enough. To earn that fifth star they would either need a bigger battery or a little heavier construction. Just a bit heavier construction and these lights would truly feel like a high quality item. (Might not be completely fair because they are significantly better than others near the same price point.)

I was really surprised at how nice these lights were. They’re heavy duty, glass, and very well assembled. Easy to install, and they have such a nice design when they’re lit up at night. We had a little trouble with one of the lights, flickering, but I contacted the seller and they replaced it for us with no issue. They really stand behind their product. Don’t hesitate to order these lights, they have been a really nice addition to our yard.

Nice glass construction, **but** half of the lights (3 of 6) did not work. Changed bateries and still didn't work. Packaged up the 1 box (it was 2 boxes) and returned. We will see how that goes.
