I liked that these are able to be used hot or cold. You can heat them up in the microwave

Great for plantar fasciitis.
I wouldn't want to walk around with my weight on these packs, but they are great when my heels are hurting and I'm sitting down because they fit right in my shoes. I wish they stayed cold a little bit longer, but it's probably the result of their size and thickness. The good news is I can swap them out in the freezer quickly and carry them in my coat pocket as there are a good amount of them. Definitely would buy again.

Perfect Size
I bought these for our office for Botox injections. They are the perfect size and shape and hold the cool temp for about 20 minutes. I really like how they look and feel for the patients.

Didn't stay cold long enough for what I needed.
These did not stay as cold I would have liked. I'm glad I got a multi pack, I had to switch them out every 7-10 minutes.
