Are these real sapphires? What treatment has been done to them?

They are real sapphires and they hold up to the temperatures of casting in place even. I’d say they aren’t the highest quality as many have imperfections, cracks, inclusions... and the cut isn’t the cleanest, but they are still nice in their own right. I do not believe they’ve gone through any treatments such as heating or any crack filling. The colors also tend to be the less desirable ones. So just a heads up. You won’t be getting the deepest blues or the brightest reds/pinks, but if you are a hobbies like myself, you will probably be satisfied.
