The first picture on these makes them look normal sized but they are not. They take up half of your face. I got them primarily for traveling, but I feel they are too ridiculous looking to wear on a plane. The adjustable band is level with your eyes. So you can't actually have it tight, because then it is squashing your eyeballs. My last mask had two straps, one at the top and bottom, so it didn't squash your eyes. Get one of those.

husband loves it
purchased it for my husband. he loves it as he is sensitive to the small amount of light that comes through the blinds in the morning. he likes the room pitch dark as he has difficulty sleeping. works good.
