I planted 10 seeds to start out. I have 9 great seedlings. I like that the package has 500 seeds. Plenty to share and use for multiple plantings. Germination rate is good.

I own a couple of Click and Grow hydroponic systems. I bought the pods with the seeds for a while and then decided to try the experimental pods using my seeds. I have also used it to start seedlings indoors in the winter before transplanting outdoors in the spring. I live in Zone 4. Some seeds have worked, some have not like lavender. They recently added lovage pods to their collection. Never heard of it before. Did a little research and learned its a an herb, a perennial, and a secret ingredient in soups and sauces. Also learned that you can dry it, and grind it into a fine powder. Curious to see how they would do indoors, I planted a couple in the experimental pods during the winter to see how they would do. They have done exceptionally well. It does take a while for them to grow. I'm on my second batch and can't wait to transplant them outdoors.

these all sunk instantly in water( duds) and did not pop when placed on wet paper towel.been popping seeds all summer so i don't believe its user error however its my first time with loveage so its possible.

They sprouted and look like lovage. That's all that counts. Great germination rate.

I sowed these seeds according to the directions, and kept them in the recommended conditions, using a seed heating mat and a grow light with a timer. I would say there is maybe a 10% germination rate from the packet I received from last season. I am not a beginner gardener either.

Not all of it came out

I was offered this plant as a garnish for salads in Slovenia last summer and have not been able to forget about it, nor find it bc of name difference! It is just the most refreshing taste you can imagine. Perfect for salads, soups, basically everything!
