Many uses, including ulcer therapy
Wow! Very neatly and carefully packed, this banana powder has been very effective. My kiddo has been diagnosed with ulcers (ulcers!!) as well as gastritis and other IBS like symptoms. I found a good recipe of mixing two small tablespoons of this stuff with one tablespoon of raw unprocessed honey. The components of both of these pure natural products help coat the stomach lining to help heal the ulcers and prevent current ones from advancing. I give him half of the mixture in the morning, half at night before bed along with his regular meds. Anyhow, good pure organic powder... EXTREEEEEEMELY sweet, so check yourself before you wreck yourself :)

Excellent product
Being grown up in India, sugarcane juice was one of my favorite drink. Besides its good unique taste, it also helps in improving the immunity system, helpful in strengthening the bones and reducing cholesterol. I ordered this product immediately as I saw it on Amazon and I must say it is as delicious and high in quality as the fresh sugarcane juice I used to have in India. I tried it as raw powder and also mixed it with pinch of black salt, lemon and ginger and in both ways it tastes awesome. It is also healthy juice option for my 3 years old. This product is so rich in quality that 1-2 tbl spoons of powder makes full 8 oz of juice. It can be a good welcoming drink for small parties. I highly recommend this product and will definitely going to buy it again! I also tried their banana powder mainly for facial pack for now to mix with honey, turmeric and milk which gave smooth and refreshing skin. Great products!!

Not Returnable!
I ordered the peach and strawberry powders. I've gotta say, the strawberry is spot-on, delicious and VERY straw-berry-ie. However, the peach has absolutely no flavor (goodbye, 15 dollars). Something seems odd about the ingredients, too. They say "100% Natural (strawberry/peach) powder". Why don't the ingredients just say, "Peaches" or "Strawberries"? Something seems off. I won't be ordering this brand again.

Garbage, trash, crap, worthless, scam, rip off
This crap wouldnt desolve so i put it in my blender. I used the whole bag with 2 qts of water and it mixed but it was no more than water with a very slight orange taste. A waste of money and time.

Great way to add mild sweetness and banana flavor
The Indus Farms banana powder is a good quality product, just don't expect it to have the strong banana flavor most artificially flavored products have. The powder is very fine, has a natural sweetness and a mild banana flavor, something more of how a slightly green banana would taste, not a fully ripen one.If you touch the powder with wet fingers, they get really sticky.I have initially purchased for baked goods and pancakes. While it mixes well with other flours, the added flavor is almost unnoticeable.Another intended use was flavoring oatmeal. The banana added taste is again mild, but it makes the oatmeal more custardy in consistency, which I really like. The best use I found for the banana powder is mixing it into plain Greek yogurt... it makes the yogurt even more creamy and it tastes delicious.I also like it in smoothies and homemade ice cream. It doesn't add too much flavor or thickness, but it's nice for an added natural banana touch. On it's own it's not a substitute to sugar, but it can help reduce the amount of sugar needed. The resealable bag is good quality, surprisingly sturdy, it closed perfectly each time (some zips on resealable bags tend to break easily when constantly opening and closing the bag). I also appreciate that it's a more eco-friendly sustainable option.

which I absolutely love. The pomegranate powder was great too
I just wrote a beaming review for another one of their products, the sapodilla powder, which I absolutely love. The pomegranate powder was great too. I used it to make pomegranate syrup. Rehydrated it in water and used it in a middle eastern recipe I was trying out. It worked wonderfully. And I’m so glad because I didn’t want to buy and store pomegranate syrup (I almost always throw half the bottle away because it expires)I see myself using this as a salad dressing or an accompaniment to something else. It can be an ingredient, but not a stand alone feature like the sapodilla. Unless of course you’re very fond of tart-sweet Foods

No where close to fresh sugarcane juice
I used to love fresh sugarcane juice in India. With some of the reviews here, I had some hope. All shattered at the first sip of the drink. Nowhere close to fresh sugarcane juice. Doesn't even seem natural. Before writing the review I waited more than a month and tried several times, but nothing changed. Goes into the sink after the first sip every time. Tried with different concentrations also :(.Writing the review not to demote the product, but rather for people looking for sugarcane juice, not to be hopeful with this as similar to fresh sugarcane juice.Bottom line - If you are looking for sugarcane juice, this is no the product.
