Crown Coat
This product is absolutely amazing. It exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to apply and feels just like concrete when dry. This product will save you thousands of dollars restoring your chimney crown to new condition. I had cracks in my crown that created a problem with water intrusion. Crown Coat sealant completely fixed every crack and the crown looks and feels like brand new concrete.

Worth it....
After a $4,000 quote to repair the chimney cap, I started researching alternatives. Came across this item and the several videos regarding it. Had several cracks in the cap and resulting flooding in basement because of it. Follow the instructions, get a cheap throw away brush and apply. Do not get overzealous in your application. This works great.

Does What It Says
This stuff is tough! Follow the instructions! The color is excellent for the chimney. I actually used it to seal the whole chimney. After it dries, it’s one with brick and mortar.

Crown Coat
Worked great. Stopped water leaking through the crown of my chimney. My only reservation is that it only comes in a 2 gal. Container and I only needed 1/2 gal to do the 2 coats, which leaves 1 1/2 gal that I’m sure will go to waste. I would recommend 1 gal containers to be more economical and less wasteful.
