10L0L Golf Cart Charger Plug for EZGO TXT & RXV, 3-Pin 48V Triangle Handle Connector, OEM# 604321 611218 611219

I did not like having no illustrations or instructions on recommend method of attachment for the wire to pin connection also no direction or illustrations for inserting the pins into the plug. So I soldiered the wire to the pins and inserted pins into plug but obviously I did something wrong because the pins would not engage the recapitalization when plugged into cart receptacle so I removed the pins from plug and inserted pins separately into receptacle. What seemed to be a simple task became a problem without any type of supporting paperwork

Instructions would have made it a 1/2 hr job instead of 1 hr while trying to figure out how the pins are held in place. So I rated 3 stars instead of 5.Note: The pins have little indexing flaps, those face UP and you push the pin all the way forward where the index flaps sit in a notch in the plastic handle, when the other half of the plastic handle is joined together it lock the pins in place.If not done correctly the pins will move and possibly not make connection, causing charge failure or worse making a slight contact as the pins slides back leading to overheating and melting of the plastic holding the pins.Also I don't trust crimps on wires that carry 15 amps during charge so I soldered the wires, which might be difficult for some.All in all it works... minus a little piece of paper to make it a smoother experience
