I researched countless Ashwagandha supplements, and for my purposes have found this particular one to work extremely well for me. I’ve been taking it for 2 years now, 2 capsules at bedtime, as part of a daily supplement regimen; while I can’t say this supplement was solely responsible for my results, I’ve lost 62 lbs., belly-fat is gone and my sleep has improved. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen and usually very subtle. I use is as part of a natural protocol to treat hypothyroidism. I ran out and I could feel the difference. I have tried several brands but this one had the fastest reaction and best results. I will make it my go to brand.

My doc recommended I add this to my supplement regimen due to high stress levels at work. It has helped to reduce some of the physical symptoms I was experiencing due to long term, high stress levels. It also reduced my blood sugar and cortisol levels.

I do not know how one tells if a supploements works. Ashwagandha was recommended to me to solve my ills. I have been taking it for a couple of years and don't have ills. Well.... I didn't have many when I started and I guess I take every supplement recommended to me, so who knows what works. Eighty-five now. If I die within the next few years of anything that vitamins and supplements should have prevented, I will have the administrator of my estate ammend this review.

This item does the job but needs to be taken for at least 6 weeks for the effects to be noticed, you will feel energised

After the first bottle, I didn't feel anything (I usually notice that I feel better in general, and my period symptoms ease). I open one capsule but it doesn't smell like Aswagandha. This product has good reviews, but I'm disappointed.
