This is not a skecher shapeup but it is great substitution for the money
Biggest complaint I saw when deciding whether or not to buy these shoes was people saying this was alot cheaper made than the Skecher Shapeups (which, if you are like me, found this shoe via searching for those and this came up). But hello! Skechers were a hundred dollar shoe when they came out, (now they're like $300 if you can find one). This one is $28 so... I took a chance and I don't regret it. I wanted a Mary Jane shoe for summer and this one is working for me. It does not have the shapeups "rocker" type of sole, but I can't say that is a bad thing. Mostly I liked the shapeups because of the awesome amount of cushion you get in the sole, which would allow me to wear them all day at work on my feet and not have my feet hurt by the end of that day. That being said, these are not as cushioned as the old shapeups, but they are more cushioned than any other sneaker I am seeing out there today in shops. As such, I can wear them about 5-6 hours before my feet starting saying I need a little break. Still better than most regular sneakers. They fit well, are very comfortable, and they have alot of cushion. What more can you want? As far as quality goes, they seem well made. Every pair of Skechers I owned either the sole came apart or they developed holes after about a year. So far I am on month 2 with these shoes and they are holding up great. I will buy another pair.

SO HAPPY !!
I have MS with bilateral neuropathy. It's been about a year since my first difficult relapse and my sudden extreme feet issues. One minute I was scrimaging soccer with men and going at it on the treadmill and the next minute I was in bed with a heating pad on my feet. My dad also has MS. Since then, I've had special shoes ordered from prosthetics and orthodics specialists, the kind my dad used to wear when he was fifty and walking around with canes. They were 400 dollar shoes and a 75$ copay from my insurance with extra depth and tailor made diabetic inserts to boot. I winced from the digging pain the second they were put on my feet. I have given almost all of my shoes away and can wear the ones I have for a couple hours. I can't remember the last time I put on a pair of cute, comfortable shoes that I can walk around in.My feet are wide now but were narrow when I was younger. I'm 44 years old. I have a high arch and MS related spondelosis and arthritis on the top of my foot. The problem is that when I get support on the insole and the arch and cushion on the bottom that I need, it crowds the top of my foot. Once i get some room on the top, the shoe is either slipping off of the heel or I can't lace up the top. I'm an 8 wide these days, a normal change with age. The strap here could be softer or wider or a wee bit higher for comfort but that's what I expect keeps the shoe on. For me, these are wonderful , surprising shoes. I zip around in them all day like a normal person and I just came from a long walk with my friend and our dog watching the birds in the sunshine, I am SO GLAD I took a chance and bought these shoes. Once I knew they worked and after worrying for a year if I could wear shoes at all I got them also in black, grey and white. I know they work so I'd be a fool to not stock up especially considering the price. Now I want tennies, boots, whatever else these guys make. I'm just so relieved. Life Changer. If you have the issues I described. BUY THEM!

Great buy
I have issues with heel spurs and these shoes are amazing. I work 10 hours shifts in nursing and I feel like I don’t have any shoes on. They do give your legs a work out. I will be buying other colors

Very nice for the price
These shoes don't have the thicker padding around the top edge or the arch support of more expensive shoes, but they're comfortable and the insoles are removable so you can insert your orthotics or better arch supports. The soles have enough rocker shaping to make walking with arthritic ankles and feet easier and more comfortable without being too unstable. I've had a pair of the gray ones for several weeks and wear them all the time. I use the black ones for gardening and have another pair of black ones to wear with black pants. I do recommend them.

The shoes are worth the money.
The shoes are very comfortable and very light. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable and plus my feet are sweaty all the time and when I wear these shoes my feet stays dry and I like that.

Comfy, Worth the price.
Size 7.5 fit perfect. Very comfortable with good support. I thought at first they would be too loose but they are not. The strap helps keep them secure and the fact that they dont cinch in any way adds to the comfort. I have a bunion and these shoes are perfectly stretchy. The only thing I dont like is that they have the word "Fashion" printed in white across the velcro strap. It's a bit tacky. I used black permanent marker to make it less noticeable, although I'm not sure that's any less tacky. Very comfy shoe though and worth keeping.

Comfortable and add height
Honestly I got these to wear at water shoes. They’re work really great as water shoes for me cause now my feet don’t hurt on the rock at the river. Also they add height to you
