Excellent replacement for a significantly more expensive shower unit that broke after 3 years. In fact, this unit was cheaper than the replacement part! Only lost 1 star as the dial that shows the temp in numbers is misaligned so it never shows accurately, although the dial works perfectly so it’s not that much of an issue

I bought this mixer in particular because I have a very small shower and I didn't want something too bulky, at the same time I wanted good temperature and flow control.This one ticket all the boxes. It cames with all the washers you need and adaptor for the pipe making it easier to install.It's easy to clean and to use

Strange shower valve, the stop setting is not quite high enough. So press the button in to reach a higher temperature but only stays warmer for about 3 seconds. I can actually turn the control knob slowly to full hot and still no warmer. Did fit easily as this was a replacement for a old shower that was dripping. Looks good shame about the thermostat.

Easy to fit, does the job and that's all I need really.Even without a plumber, because of lockdown, this shower mixer bar was easy to fit. It took about ten minutes to get the shower back after two months of being without a shower.

Very early days, as I've only just installed this as a replacement for a unit with a wringed-off flow control knob, but it feels like good quality. Very smooth on/off and temp control knobs - impressively so.This doesn't have an "eco" (i.e. half-way on) flow control, despite having a button on the flow control knob that looks like it would be part of that mechanism. But, since that is what caused the problem on the previous unit, and I prefer my showers on 100%, it's not something that I'm concerned about.The temp control knob does stop at an indicated 38 degress centigrade and only goes beyond once the button is depressed (I think you might be able to adjust the knob using an included Allen-key to have it hit the button at a different point in its rotation, i.e. temp, but there's nothing in the instructions to help with that). Once you're passed the button the knob continues to turn a long way, presumably up to the bar's maximum temperature - there's no mechanical limit on the temperature built-in to the knob as there was in my old unit. I'm not sure if this is a feature, or a flaw, but something to be aware of.Fitting wasn't as straightforward as it could have been - but not because of any fault with the bar itself - this unit requires a minimum of 7mm of thread available for the bar inlets to screw on to. Whoever originally plumbed in my shower left much less thread than that protruding from the wall, so a bit of fettling to the old collars (the decorative bits between the big nuts on the bar and the shower wall) was required. I ground away about 5mm from the collars and the GAPPO bar then mated perfectly to the pipes.

Purchased the shower as a replacement for old one which was on its last legs, new shower easy to install all fittings supplied. Well worth the price.
