The product appeared sturdy, however we only bought this for the recycle bins to replace ours, but they didn’t fit, so I returned for a full refund. No issues with delivery or refund process.

I’m so pleased with this, it was easy to fit and seems strong and sturdy. I used the big one as the recycling and smaller ones as food waste and general waste and has worked well. You need to buy the bigger food waste bags as the caddy bin liner is too small and won’t stay hooked under the handles once food waste is in the bag.

Seemed good quality but too tall for cupboards sent it back. Posted with label sent and return documents enclosed however apparently never arrived so no refund. A costly mistake on my part would recommend sending back to this company registered as apparently their warehouse can’t find it.🥴

Its a really nice product, I'm really happy I bought it.But, the instructions are mostly inexplicable. They aren't in English but thats not a biggie as its mostly pictures. Unfortunately its pictures of some bits that aren't supplied and some that are but have no real role in installing the draw into my home. There are screws that don't fit holes and holes that have no screws.You can work it out though, which is why I've given this 4 stars.

Had trouble finding a 400mm set of pull out bins but this one is good. The only problem we have with it is that the back bin/s are difficult to get out of the cupboard aa we havw a drawer above it. We have put the big general waste bin in the back as we can just remove the liner and not the bin. Seems to work OK.

Very good quality, soft closer works well, easy to fit.

This is the second bin set I have bought from this supplier, the first one stopped soft closing after about 18months, it had to be manually pushed with some force into place then it would slide back open by about 2 cm’s, it’s was very annoying as I have flush handleless kitchen units, when contacting the seller after bending quite consistent with replying and requesting I shared a video of the issue they appeared to stop responding to my requests to come up with a solution... therefore I found myself ordering a new one, fitting is a bit of a nightmare, both took well over 5 hours to get right, and the new second one you’d have thought would be easy as the holes were already there, but no, the second one just would not sit right, and the top of the door ends up tilting when pulling out, resulting in having to push the top of the door back into place as it would sit proud at the top but in place at the bottom. I put this down the the design, it needs to fix to both the top & bottom of the door so the weight isn’t all at her top.Overall it’s a good product, helps with recycling everything and it’s all hidden away, but could do with some tweaks and better customer service from the supplier.
