Very useful for those without gas as a cooking medium
Sometimes one wants to have instant and constant heat - gas fits the bill. I now have a number of cannisters ready for such occasions and use the facility nearly every day for at least part of the cooking.

Cheapest I have been able to find and always arrive in the nick of time ! We have been fitting out a boat and I have been cooking on 2 camping gas rings for about 6 months
