Works perfectly as described. Mixes well with paints to add colors. Pour in very thin amounts to build layers. Takes at least 24 hours for each layer to dry.

This really looks like water amazing! The kids loved using it. The texture and quality was great. It was thick but runny. It cost a bit much we had to use a lot because it was quite runny. I will say it is durable because it it still on his project

for the tiny bases of my battletech miniatures this stuff is awesome👌. works to keep everything looking wet. but like others have said. it spreads..a lot! takes time to dry and is hard to do deep water with an uncontrolled surface.also. I kinda noticed a similarly to vallejos other product, pouring medium. only this is very nice and clear!🙂 but the pouring medium does clear up after initial placement...🤔I haven't used other vallejo water effects products but I've heard they are awesome too. I may have to try bx of this.

Definitely looks like clear, still water! I add a little bit of contrast paint in to change the color to a more swamp or ocean color, and it dries amazingly

I have only used the water effects a few times, but I really like it so far. You don't need ot use very much so I think this will likely last me forever unless it dried up in the bottle.I watched some videos before I used it, so here are some of the important tips:- It takes a while to cure, it's best to let it sit over night even between layers.- It shrinks, so doing a few thin layers and waiting for it to fully cure between them works best.- I've heard that it should be used for shallow water as it won't scale well to deeper pools. Deeper pools probably should be done with 2 part or UV resin.- Mix it with a very small amount of ink / wash / paint to tint it slightly. You need a lot less than you think to tint it. I tested it a bit, but then used some old (clean) dropper bottles to premix a couple colors to have ready.- Paint under it with the main color you want it to read as

This stuff is great to create realistic wet/water effects. Very pleased.

I used this product to make swamp bases for my friends Soulblight Gravelords army. Mixing it with a little bit of moss colour paint, it made perfect swamp water.

Works well. I'm using it on small miniature bases. It self levels so make sure your table is level and that your base is mounted level or you will notice.

Does what you'd expect... creates water effect. Needs to be built up in small layers, and is mostly for surface type effects not deep resin like pools. Good stuff though.
