HI, any pool as long as you have a single point to attach it too. Just anything you can tie it too cab be even something next to the pool

Q: Will it handle sprinting or is it only for lap-speed swimming?

I am not a strong swimmer, just a casual swimmer and it worked well with me. I assume I just do lap-speed swimming. My answer will be maybe to sprinting.
