Nice building for n scale set-up
This model was very easy to build and the detail is very nice for what you pay for. It actually has lines engraved into it rather than it just being painted. The material actually smells almost like a vinyl pool toy, when you first open it. It might be the paint that's on it. The paint is textured so it has a real nice look to it rather than it just being a regular smooth painted piece.The only issue I had was it didn't come with any instruction sheet or even a simple photo of the building. It's easy to build, but I had to go to my Amazon order to see a picture of the building again to see exactly how it's supposed to look. Once looking at the picture on Amazon, it was quite easy to figure out. This one needed no glue whatsoever. The pieces poped together and are snug enough to not have to use glue, unless you prefer to.Again, the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was due to the lack of instructions or even a sheet with a picture of what I'm supposed to be building. If I had the pic it would have gone even quicker, because i wouldn't have had to look it up on Amazon again. Besides that, great little building for an N scale train setup.

Easy to Assemble, Good Quality
Building a model railroad and this building was fairly easy to assemble. It had no instructions but you don't really need them. Overall good quality.

Nice building for N scale
Really easy to assemble by looking at the picture If needed. Just snaps together in about 5-6 minutes Done! I left out the Bank sign and removed the ICBC from the front also. Ready for lighting then onto the layout.
