Description

The orthopaedic bed base „Apple“ has been designed to maximise the quality of our mattresses. It is characterised by a very sturdy and innovative iron frame, able to withstand the strongest stress, and by curved beech slats. There are many sizes to choose from, whether you want a double bed base or a single bed base. EvergreenWeb, moreover, is able to quickly realise custom-made slatted bed bases. The Orthopaedic Apple Iron frame has been designed to have a very long life span over time. Unlike "traditional" bed frames, no holes have been applied in the structure to insert the slats, a solution that is not very effective and often causes the slats to break. Our innovative iron frames are characterised by the so-called "slat holders", a very resistant structure that follows the entire perimeter of the frame, inside which the same slats are inserted with special polyethylene supports. This way, it is practically impossible for the slats to detach from the frame, giving the framework incomparable stability. CHARACTERISTICS The orthopaedic bed base Apple is characterised by an iron structure, made of a 40x30 mm tubular frame and internal counterframe for the insertion of 14 slats in pure multilayer beech wood, steam-curved, measuring 68x8 mm. The structure is painted with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally solvent-free, therefore harmless to health and respectful of the environment. ORTOPEDICAL DOUBLE BED The double bed frame Apple has a double reinforcement bar (from the size 140x190 cm and above) that guarantees an even firmer hold. Apple Orthopaedic Bed frame has an overall height of 35 cm including the frame.
