REFUND WAS PAINLESS AND FAST!!
I BOUGHT THE 3 YEAR SMALL ELECTRONICS PROTECTION PLAN (PRODUCT PRICE $20-$29) FOR $2.99. IT WAS TO COVER ANY ACCIDENTAL OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR / BREAKDOWNS AND OR SPLLS , DROPS ETC FOR A WIRELESS DESKTOP COMPUTER KEYBOARD. AFTER JUST OVER ONE YEAR OF OWNING THE KEYBOARD, THE "TAB" KEY POPPED OFF AND WOULD NOT RE-ATTACH FIRMLY THEN THE "NUMBERS LOCK" KEY POPPED OFF AND I NOTICED ONE OR TWO MORE THAT WERE BECOMING LOOSE AND WOULD MOST LIKELY ALSO COME OFF. I CALLED ASURION AND THE AGENT PROCESSED MY CLAIM AS WE SPOKE. HE SENT A UPS LABEL VIA EMAIL TO ME AND AFTER DROPPING THE BOX OFF AT CVS FOR UPS PICKUP ON THURSDAY I GOT MY REFUND (VIA AMAZON GIFT CARD) FOR THE COMPLETE PURCHASE PRICE ON FRIDAY, THE VERY NEXT DAY! BEFORE ASURION EVEN GOT THE ITEM DELIVERED TO THEM FROM ME/UPS. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE MORE OF THESE PLANS IN THE FUTURE ....BECAUSE ..... @%! STUFF HAPPENS !%@ GETTING A REFUND IS MUCH BETTER THAN JUST THROWING THE ITEM OUT AND THEN HAVING TO SPEND MORE MONEY BUYING A NEW KEYBOARD.

Excellent response! Had an office product fail after 2 1/2 years, we put in the claim online, packed up and shipped the product, and next day out gift card to reimburse us arrived. That’s quality service

Great warranty but you have to follow up with actual people
Great warranty service. I had to use it on my gaming headset. The microphone stopped working after a year of using it for no reason. I tried to fill my claim using their automated system. It said my warranty with the manufacturer was still valid even though it wasn't. I had to open up a chat session with a live customer service representative. They were very helpful and easy to deal with. I was able to finalize my claim, get a shipping label to send them my headset, and get an Amazon gift card for the full value of my purchase. I only took off a star because I had to talk to a live person after their automated system didn't work properly.

Affordable warranty and Asurion lives up to the contract!
Asurion warranties are affordable priced and easy, no hassle when you have to use it. I have used Asurion a few times and just recently again for a left-handed mouse that only lasted just over 2 years. However, I do use this mouse for my job 5 days a week 8 hours or more per day, so I would say it was a good deal for what I paid for it (less than $30). I had purchased the Asurion warranty (3 years) and just used it so I could purchase another mouse. The only thing I don't like is I get a credit back to Amazon instead of an actual cash/card refund. I didn't realize this and purchased another mouse, so I just used the credit on my Amazon account for another purchase. Not a big deal, but good to know if you purchase the warranty with Asurion.

Happy with the purchase
A few days ago I received these headphones and I really loved them. It is a good purchase for quality and price. The design is quality and I love that they can be used both as USB and also with mobile devices with 3.5mm input. So I can use them on my laptop connected to the USB port for my online work giving lessons, and I can also use them on my cell phone or tablet to watch movies. Today was the first time that I used them for my online classes and they have worked perfectly, I was impressed by the sound quality and practically I had to use the volume of my laptop to the minimum because otherwise it left me deaf from how high it could be heard. I tried them to listen to movies and the sound is spectacular. The microphone is another thing that I really like, I did tests with my laptop and my students can hear my voice loud and clear, I like that the microphone is retractable, so I can take it out when I teach my lessons online and hide it when I want to use it to see a movie.At the moment I have no complaints about the product, nor about the shipping.I do not hesitate to recommend the purchase of these Headphones

Somewhat misleading: they would not replace - and did not give full refund
I had difficulty trying file claim online - kept getting error messages. But once I called and reached a person, I initially had positive impression - EXCEPT for the fact I really wanted a replacement, and was told only option was refund to Amazon gift card. I did not realize until after I completed the claim that refund does not include sales tax, so DID NOT GET FULL REFUND. Was disappointed I was out that difference, in addition to cost of Asurion plan. Plus now the price of item has increased, so it will cost me more to replace item I thought would be replaced when I bought Asurion plan.The woman I talked to was very friendly, but turns out she gave me incorrect information. I told her I did not have a printer, and asked if they could mail me return label or sent UPS scan code. She told me that I did not need either because UPS would be able to scan the mailing label they emailed to me. That didn't sound right because with all other orders, UPS requires scan code to send without a printed label. But the woman insisted it would be no problem.I was more upset after I waited online and was then told UPS can NOT scan email label, it has to be printed. They offered to print one for me, but would charge around $3. That seems excessive to print one sheet of paper! I did not want to be out another $3 - so had to find someone to print the label, then go wait online at UPS again.Overall, I now just feel annoyed and think this plan is misleading.
