First kickflip out of the box popped all the tow side stitching!?! Haven’t worn DCs in like 15 years, but I remember them being super resilient back in the day. I think that stitching is just decorative though, because nothing seems to be coming apart yet.A little stiff and clunky but that’s old-school DCs. Had to trade for a half size larger than I normally wear because they run a little small. Great board feel and padding!Let’s see how long they last. I skate daily, will update this in 6 months.

Great brand, comfortable fit. Bought these because my other pair were starting to look raggedy after nearly 4 years of wear. First time purchasing shoes online so i went with the size of my old pair which are DC's with similar design. I thought they were the exact same SKU but my old pair i have a feeling are imitation. There were somewhat subtle differences from where logos and patterns were to shoe laces i noticed when comparing side by side. So the shoes that i bought fit a little tighter than the suspected imitations but with a proper lace it isn't a problem. My feet have been done growing for years now that i won't grow out of them, there is still a little toe room to wiggle, maybe after break in it will feel more of an exact fit. Not knocking any stars off due to my previous pair being knock offs so sizing is my fault. Though next time i buy shoes i will up it a half size. I try to buy the same brand and style every time because i know it fits every time when i find the right size. Don't know why different brands of shoes are sized different. A vans shoe size 9 could be slightly smaller or larger to another brand of the same size making online shopping for things you would normally try on in the store that much more difficult. It took over a week to process my order and ship because i didn't sign up for prime and get the 2 day free shipping. Shipping was still free but it's a little ridiculous to order on a saturday and it ships the following friday to receive the next day. The shipping is really my only con on this review. I dont really order from amazon enough to justify paying $100 annually for the prime membership. I would recommend this brand and style.

Really comfortable shoes fits true to size

I BOUGHT THESE FOR MY SON IN A SIZE 16.THEY ARE WELL SEWN AND COMFORTABLE. I HAVE IN THE PAST HAVE USED SEVERAL ONLINE SERVICES TO GET SHOES HE LIKES ALOT AND AFFORDABLE AND IN A SIZE 16. I LIKE TO BUY A YEARS WORTH OF SHOES AT ONCE BECAUSE HE WEARS THEM OUT WITH ALL THE WALKING HE DOES AND AT WORK HE PUSHES CARTS WHICH IS ALOT OF FRICTION ON HIS FEET. THE OTHER COMPANIES DON'T ALWAYS HAVE THE STOCK TO FULFILL MY ORDER. THE SHOES HAVE AMPLE PADDING,ARCH SUPPORT AND GENEROUS LACES.THEY LOOK GREAT AND PEOPLE HAVE COMPLIMENTED HIM ON HIS SHOES. WE WASH THEM IN THE WASHER WHEN THEY ARE DIRTY AND THEY ARE AIR DRIED.THE SHOES HOLD UP WELL CONSIDERING ALL THE DOG WALKING, CART PUSHING THAT HE DOES. THE BONUS HERE IS THAT AMAZON HAS THE STOCK AND THEY SELL LOWER THAN THE OTHER SHOE SELLERS THAT SPECIALIZE IN LARGE SHOES. RECOMMEND THIS SHOE HIGHLY!
