Hits the areas as intended. Helpful to take away with you if needed. The centre can move sometimes when you’re exercising which can make balance tricky at times. Overall handy for a small space.

Durch die Erhöhung kann man deutlich tiefer nach unten gehen, was das Training intensiviert und die Muskeln besser beansprucht. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit konnte ich eine Leistungssteigerung feststellen. Awesome product. I do more than hundred of push ups everyday with this board. Highly recommended. The only downside is when you keep handles close to eachother (triceps) you might get handle detached easier than it should 🙌
