Discover Your Soul's Path Through the Akashic Records: Taking Your Life from Ordinary to ExtraOrdinary

Initially for me this book was about as comfortable as a pine cone toilet seat, but as you get further into the material and actually DO the practices that Linda prescribes - it works. Not really heavy on the new age touchy - feely material (This drives me nuts) and you can progress alot faster than you expect if you apply yourself as Linda suggests. It really surprised me at the progress I made even with more than the usual amount of skepticism I usually have for this subject. By the time you finish all of the suggested practices, there will definitely be a solid foundation for you to marvel at, and at the changes made within yourself. I must say that Linda is one of the few that has walked the walk, and we are blessed that she is able to put this into words that are easily applied and retained. My success rate with trying to access the akashic records in the past has been pretty dismal, pretty much a hit & miss at best. This book definitely has a proven path that is accessable and easy to repeat over and over again. To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. This is the only book that I have run across that doesn't describe what you will see when you get there (One of the errors that I found in my own practice - always trying to see what was described as "you are here" in my meditations) and Linda just let's you be the driver of your own discoveries. Overall, I would say that this is a must have book if you are even remotely interested in trying to find your soul's path. It really doesn't get any easier than this.

I just finished "Discover Your Soul's Path Through the Akashic Records." I did Linda Howe's Akashic Records sessions in the order in which she lays them out in her three books: "How to Read the AR," "Healing Through the AR," and then this one. It took me about a year. Along the way, I had many realizations and have gone through considerable change. My health and, particularly, my level of happiness have improved. What a gift Linda Howe has given us! As issues came up during the last year, it was very helpful to be able to bring them into the Akashic Records for help. I have been amazed at how well the concrete suggestions worked! I was given suggestions for specific nutritional supplements that I wouldn't have guessed at--always effective. Shortly after starting the Akashic Records sessions, I asked about a problem that my husband and I were having with termite damage on our house. I wasn't sure if we should open up a wall to deal with it. In the Akashic Record session, the damage was described to me, and I decided that we better open up the wall. It was a mind-blower when the contractor opened up the wall and the damage was just as described in the session! That was a turning point for me--I was persuaded that I can bring issues into session and expect to get insights that will help resolve them. I'll be continuing with Akashic Records sessions to keep things in balance, as the third book suggests. And it's wonderful to be able to learn additional information about current issues in my life. It's like having a friend who has a bird's-eye view of my life--and who can see through walls! Linda Howe's books have changed my life. They don't require special psychic ability. I would guess that if you're able to meditate, you would be able to do Akashic Records sessions. It does require an ability to quiet your mind.

If you have never heard of Linda Howe, or do not know that she has written two previous books on the Akashic Records, that would be fine, because this book stands fully on its own. From it, you can learn to read your own Akashic Records, make use of the Records for your own healing, and then Linda will bring you through one of the most difficult aspects of being a spiritual practitioner in today's world: how to live your practice in everyday life. And she doesn't stop there, as the last section contains a template for upliftment, the search for which is why many of us made spirituality a priority in our lives in the first place. And if you have heard of Linda, or know her first two books, this one is a natural successor to those. Together the three books take the student through a time-honored path of establishing a soul-level foundation that with practice can be the reference point for everything that happens to us as humans. The healing work of the second book builds on that foundation with instructions on healing the patterns that cause us pain. And then this book shows, with wisdom and originality, how we can change some of the meta-patterns that are not necessarily personal to us but which we have adopted. The sections on authority and responsibility hit very close to home for me, and have given me a basis for reworking some negative attitudes that I was barely aware of. Linda's work is deceptively simple, and so is her writing. This is another easy to read book, but like the others, it is also a reference work. I also think more of Linda's classroom personality is evident in this one. There is very little filler here, and there is actually a great deal of material to absorb. Above all, her work is meant to be practiced, and is especially aimed at getting students to expand their own practice and find their own truth within their own Records. Linda's tone is loving and compassionate, providing a soft landing for the bumps spiritual seekers inevitably hit along the way.

A good start on a path that last many lifetimes. While I was reading this book, I had an inkling like I already knew what to do, how to do it, and that I'v done it before. So my first session is to answer the question "Did I have contact with the Records in a past life" My librarian said, "of course Alex, don't you recognize me!" I was blown away. He showed me a past life where my contact with the records were mainly in dreams, but sometimes willfully. I am delighted to say that this book helps you connect to the Akasha! I just wish more information on healing was covered.

Finding out about this book Discover Your Soul’s Path Through The Akashic Records; Taking Your Life From Ordinary to Extraordinary by Linda Howe is a spiritual blessing to me. For one thing, I have to properly credit this author for providing the material that helped inspired me for some of the freestyle writings that I have wrote on my blogs and some that I have even posted on Linkedin back in late 2015/early 2016. Additionally, I’m a heart-centered woman who prefers to see the good in others and is in the process of improving her self-confidence while striking a careful balance between assertiveness and aggressiveness. This book is healing to me because it helps remind me to see the beauty and unlimited potential in myself and others and that even I have a purpose for being here during my current lifetime. Some of the helpful/healing themes in this book; The Lords, masters, and teachers of the Akashic Records who a person can call on when they are accessing their own akashic records (pages 30-31), considering a discipline in alignment with your true heart’s desire and will (page 99), balancing the triangle as a conscious manifestation in action practice (pertaining to chapter nine pages 139-151).

Amazing does not do this work justice. Linda Howe is a phenomenal teacher, mentor and author with an unparalleled skill set of simply laying out a fundamental right we all have as humans and that is...Living an ExtraOrdinary Life. Her knowledge in the realm of the Akashic Records is once again demonstrated in this, her new book. Although Linda defines the process for you in this book (on entering your Akashic Records), I highly recommend all three of her books...there is never a dull moment and the growth you will experience is priceless. Sadly this text left a lot to be desired. It felt rushed in some parts and repetitive in far too many others. Just quickly skimming through, it was easy to spot the repetition. The font could have been better (or slightly bigger) and it really wasn't what was expected based on the subject matter. Due to those issues this item was immediately returned for a respectfully requested refund

This book is fantastic! It's hard to describe, but it's basically a guide to contemporary life by way of the Akashic Records. I highly recommend it to anyone curious about or interested in the Akashic Records. It is profound but not intimidating. The writing is clear and so inviting that it's hard to put down. The ideas are multi faceted and linger long after the book finally is put down. I really like that each chapter is self contained and stands on its own because it allows me to zero in on topics of interest. Since I've been using the "triangle test" my life has gotten much easier. I am now able to make decisions without endlessly agonizing over details. I love this book. I expect to be using it as a guide and reference for many years to come as it is timeless and will never be dated. If you are reading this review, by all means, buy the book.

I Find Linda Howe 's Books have much information in them , and I have used it to access the Records.

Very good and easy to read

Working in the Akashic Records through Linda's teachings has been a gift in my life. This offers a new way of looking at ourselves and gives you the opportunity to expand to a new level. I have been a student of Linda's and love the calm strength she brings to her work.

the books is a great read. It brings me peace every time I start reading it. A very nice book for everyone, who would like to spend some time in the energy of the Akashic Records
