A MUCH LOVED BOOK!
My grandson is 1/4 Hispanic & I strive to speak & read to him in Spanish as much as possible. This bilingual book is wonderful. He LOVES it. When it's brought out & he sees it, his face lights up with sheer joy. The biggest smile ever. He has lingered over it so much (dearly loved), I had to replace it with a new one. Started reading it to him when he was one year old. At 16+ months, he knows what I'm referring to when I ask him "where is the gagito ?". He turns in the cat's direction & points to him. So impressed was I with the content, bright beautiful artwork I bought the "Sonrisas"" (smiles) book by the same author. Another BIG hit. Highly recommend.

My 8mo loves this book!
Found this book at the local library, and my 1yo loved it so much that we bought it! Very simple text, but great for strengthening connection and learning a little Spanish along the way.

So cute my toddler kisses mom, dad and baby!
I LOVE this book. My mom gifted it to me and I had to buy it for a friends baby shower. My almost 3 year old will kiss, me, dad, and baby sister each time we read this book. I find all the Spanish translated words are accurate and teaches kids what their Spanish counterpart word is. Great book!

Cute, but very little Spanish
This is a cute, well illustrated board book for babies. The colors and illustrations are nice and it teaches a few Spanish words, but it's not the most exciting book and there was less Spanish than I expected. There isn't really a narrative; it's just different kisses from Mommy, Daddy, the dog, the wind, etc. There is a little phrase in English ("Mommy loves kisses, sweet as can be.") and then the following page includes the Spanish for kisses and the Spanish of whoever is doing the kisses ("Besos, Mami, besos.") Every page follows that pattern, but doesn't connect with or move a story from the following pages. I was disappointed by how little Spanish there was; with 10 kissers plus the word for kiss, there are only 11 Spanish words in here. I was hoping for something that would be a little more bilingual.Still, the repetition and rhythm is nice and the baby (4 months) really enjoys listening to it. Because there isn't really a story, I suspect it won't be as captivating once he's a little older, but we'll see.

Delightful read!
What a sweet book for babies (and their families) learning Spanish. The primary text is in English but each page features one word in Spanish, with a kind of picture glossary at the end. Illustrations are great and the topics would be of interest to babies and toddlers.

Worst Spanish translation ever!!
Worst Spanish translation ever!!! You could have used google translator at least. If you are trying to read bilingual books to your kid, this is the WORST book ever for that. AMAZON shouldn’t sell this book as bilingual, it is not.

Book was not completely in Spanish
I was really hoping that this book was completely in Spanish and it was not what I was hoping for. I tried returning it and the seller was issued me a refund and told me to keep the book. Very impressed with the customer service experience.Thank you

Great book for mommy and daddy to read together to baby.
Besos for Baby is a great book and it encourages you to do a few actions with your baby (including kisses!). My son loves it and he always waits for the besos. They don't translate the entire book but they do have a few key words translated in the back for baby to learn. Other than that I would have given it a 5/5
