Let me start by explaining. I have the pickiest cat ever and for some reason I had a different machine with regular filters and the cat was fine but when I replaced the filters the cat stopped drinking the water and it just meowed all the time because he was thirsty. Well, I ended up putting water in a bowl on the floor and the cat lapped that up. I really wanted a filtered water system and fresh trickling water again since cats love that so I bought the flower system. I was dreading running out of the filters so worried that the same thing would happen again.

Every single solitary time I would buy a replacement filter I would be confused whether it mattered or not about how they are placed in the device. The instructions did not tell me which way to put the filter in. These ones had a picture from the company on how to put them on and how to not put them on so I am not confused anymore. Bumpy side down. Easy.

My wife bought this system for our kitties and I thought no way I was going to be able to find replacement filters but when I searched on Amazon I found these. I showed her the filters and she told me that wasnt where she bought the system but they looked like they would fit as the system was similar. We tried ordering and they arrived and they fit. They seem to be working well as our pets dont seem to notice anything different.
