I use this regularly in my turtle tank. It helps to keep the water cleaner in between filter changes. I would recommend it.

I don't exactly test my water regularly, but the turtle tank sure seems much cleaner since we started adding this every time we add water.

eats all of the poo on the bottom of my YBS & MPT tanks. very effective on organic waste. note, does not effect algae, best of added to new charcoal (after rinsing) in a canister filter but I do add more twice a month directly to the tank. removes the smells I use to get with the larger turtles.

This barely works for my Chinese Golden Thread, which is 5" in length. However, it works better than anything else does on the market. To be honest I have a filter, which is rated for 400 gallons. My turtle is in a 75-gallon enclosure.

Works very well to take the “stink” and “nasty” out of the water in the turtle tank. I use it with something to prevent algae growth. The combo works great. Still have to change the water weekly, because while turtles are fun to watch - they are kinda gross.

This really made my tank murky. I don't know if I used it wrong but it didn't work for my little guy. The idea is awesome and maybe I should try it again, but it seemed to create more slime, not less.

This stuff actually works - I have noticed a significant difference in the quality of our water after using this product. It definitely makes a difference for our very dirty little turtle. We are using it on a regular basis and have noticed clearer water and less smell.

bought this hoping to help with keeping my yellow bellys tank cleaner. it completely turned the water cloudy, i thought this would disappear after a couple of days like sometimes happens with a full clean out. but no it stay so had to do another full clean out. also the oder it produces is unbarable. it actually smells worse than my turtles filter after a week!
