Difficult to file claim
I bought a product that is now broken and the website to file a claim is difficult. I filed last week and nothing went through. Now I am trying again and it is not working. It has said one moment please for over 15 minutes. I shouldn't have to keep trying to file a claim that wont go through.

My biggest qualm pertaining to this guarantee type coverage is the fact that nowhere on the form does it tie into the actual product being warranted. In this case, it pertained to an air fryer, yet, the guarantee makes no reference whatsoever to the specific item being warranted, and simply states that it is for kitchen equipment. Well, it is possible that one could purchase two cooking deviced around the same time and upon receiving Assurion's emails, it would be difficult to determine which email applies to which appliance.

Not Likely Worth the Time or $$
Impossible to know what to do. The Asurian website rejects the order number for a current purchases and continues to come up with an older plan for a different item.

Better off buying from a brick and mortar store and warranty they offer.
3 months into use of a Keurig duo coffee maker it started to shut itself off while brewing with the caref. Called asurion to get the problem resolved and they forwarded me to Keurig to go through all kinds of steps to clean needle or add salt to the water reservoir because the water wasn't heavy enough. At the end of the trouble shooting process they said it's not working correctly and will ship one out when they are back in stock. So in the end no coffee maker and a useless warranty.

expensive coverage - few details
Yes, this complaint is partial my fault BUT I purchased Asurion coverage for several holiday gifts in the last month - several at the same time as an added layer of security. Confirmation from Asurion came via email and I can see the purchase in my amazon purchase history so all good there. Problem is that I have no way to know what coverage goes with what product and (age, poor personal documentation - whateve's) I have no way to connect the policy with the item purchased. None. The coverage confirmation email has no indication of the product its covering. There is nothing to indicate the product I purchased the Asurion coverage for in Amazon's purchasing history either. Dumb of me - yup, but between Amazon and Asurion - it would be nice if they would include detail regarding the product covered in the policy docs or the order... A year or more from now I'll be even less clear if there is an issue with a product that I have coverage so just remember if purchasing that it's all on the buyer to remember and connect the dots in order to take advantage of any extra coverage.

That hot fancy oven that couldn’t bake !
I search for the perfect little countertop oven with all the right feature and I made a mistake , I was attracted by the combination of many function but the maker wasn’t up to par for the performance, first the description was inaccurate. But the oven was working even if could have been better. But when the temperature start to be I consistent I got very disappointed, and looking closer to all the function I discovered that the unit was actually faulty. After contacting the maker and receiv ex the news that the us it is not warranted and they do not even service that unit. I felt kind of disappointed and a bit upset to have spent $150 for a toaster after all that’s what it can only be. Then I was reminded of the extended warranty I purchase with it and things looked neither and under a née light. The reimbursed me for the full amount and I got another oven with out conputerizednprograms but with a bigger capacity and it’s an actual convection oven. And the all process took only one phone call and few minutes in the afternoon and the day after I received the redound, simply awesome I would say.
