Sturdy and a fantastic bargain
Let me just say: Wow! Just.... wow. Positives first: 1) The metal top and bottom edges of the tabletop are fantastic for working with sewing projects. Just a few magnets and my fabric stayed flat and flush against the tabletop. 2) The caster wheels move well across the carpet. 3) Surprisingly sturdy for the build. This was actually the cheapest option I found on Amazon and I'm completely happy with this "budget" frame. 4) Accurate to bed-frame size claims. 5) Very clear instructions. They provide you with the wrench you need but not a level. ****YOU NEED A LEVEL!**** 6) Fantastic packaging. Looking at the box, I didn't have much faith in how "pristine" the table would look. Color me shocked. You'd never believe the table was 100% perfect based on the box. No dings, scratches or non-rounded corners. 7) This being a budget-friendly option is a bit of a good thing when it comes to the frame sturdiness. So long as you have the correct screwdriver and the cheap little wrench they give you, should you need to tighten the frame, you're good to go. Con: I see only three real issues. 1) There are zero markings to indicate which is the longer side of the table "corner" side pieces and since there isn't a huge difference in the side lengths, it's a pain in the booty. 2) Piggybacking onto Con #1, adjusting the frame is a hassle. The company recommended the build as a two-person job. This is not so much because of the weight or the overall assembly but the leveling of the table. If your table wobbles, adjust the legs. (Even a half of an inch could turn a bowl of soup into a slip-n-slide of soup.) If they did one thing, just one, it would fix the issue. They could make 1" markings on each side of the L-shaped table corners. Since that is a problem that will drive me bonkers, I used a tailors measuring tape and scratched the marks myself. It looks ugly but outside of the color fitting in with my furniture, I'm not concerned so much with the "pretty". 3) Not truly a standing desk. To be fair, I have that complaint about most things since I'm 5'11". Hunching is a given for me. But... if the standing-desk option is a priority to you and you are taller than say.... 5'8", you're going to hunch. Speaking of hunching.... This is the perfect table for setting up your sewing machine. It's narrow enough to work basic projects but sturdy enough to handle the weight of your machine. I can now bring my machine and project to me and not me to it. Yes, I absolutely-100% would purchase this table again.

Best quality and reasonably priced
Purchased this in April 2020. The COVID-19 stay-at-home orders resulted in us staying home a whole lot more. If you're like us and spend a good amount of time in bed (binge-watching, gaming, etc.), any overbed desk is a handy accessory to keep your clutter off the bed. However, this particular product (Overbed Table with Wheels Overbed Desk Over Bed Desk King Queen Bed Table Overbed Laptop Table Over Bed Table with Wheels) was the BEST quality and value I could find. A lot of other bed-desks come from one side (like a U shape rotated 90 degrees), and over time the counter eventually sags from the weight putting stress on one side. Also, the frame is completely metal AND is soft to the touch. I live in Hawaii, so it had to travel across the pacific ocean, and nothing arrived broken or damaged! Although I dislike particle board, I understand that the cost would skyrocket if the counter was solid wood (not to mention the shipping weight would be disgusting). Another thing to consider is the countertop. To prolong my counter I got a cover and cut a small sliver of excess from one side so it fits perfectly (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P5MNBSW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I have no affiliation with that brand or product, I just appreciate and want to offer my honest feedback/ experience. The wheels and bars were quick and easy to assemble (literally spin the wheels on and slide one pole into another); however getting the height of the desk (to be PERFECT on both side while not being too high to block the view of the tv from the bed) took a while, but it is definitely manageable for one person to assemble (I'm just OCD about those things). My only advice for future models is to have notches or some form of measurement on the bars so have it at an even height. We flipped the table upside-down and used a tape measure for the legs since the curve in the bars (necessary for safety and comfort) made it tricky to eyeball the leg length. I also appreciate that it came with extra adjustable gear things because the sturdiness and adjustable height depend on those parts. We use this literally daily, and we slide it to the foot of the bed when we go to sleep so we don't accidentally kick things off the counter. I have eaten, studied, used my laptop, and found my cat sleeping on the counter. 100% recommend and repurchase for others! Thank you TigerDad! Pls continue to make more quality products! You have earned my brand loyalty :)

After much searching, the BEST QUALITY & LOOKING Over-The-Bed Table/Desk @ REASONABLE PRICE!
I searched online (likely 2-3 hours total) for an over-the-bed table for my mother who is currently ill ... and this one was by far the SMARTEST DESIGN (fits her Cal King bed even though she has lots of tall pillows at her foot area), most FUNCTIONAL (width and height adjust widely) and COOL LOOKING without visually or physically overwhelming her bedroom. The CONSTRUCTION is QUITE GOOD for the price point and the wheels have brakes and even roll over her Berber carpet. Not the best wheels (I've purchased many for building rolling tables myself) but they certainly seem strong and nice enough for this purpose. GOOD CRAFTSMANSHIP too because the desk surface is very solid and doesn't seem like it will scratch if you take good care of it. The tubing is a nice black that seems to have been well powder-coated (no scratches). Would have been nice to have a flip up portion for using laptops etc. but given a mutually exclusive choice, I prefer the solid desk top with no sides that does not rise. Was concerned when the box arrived as it clearly had a rough ride (holes, rips at box openings and seemingly re-taped seams). From the looks of the box, I figured it had been bought and returned so I mentally prepared for an incomplete kit that would have to be returned and ordered again. We got lucky as it had ALL THE PARTS and tools (1 little wrench that I didn't even have to use because the turning fasteners work so well). Noticed some red at the edges of some of the plastic covering the metal tubing (which could be from rust) but hopefully I am mistaken (will update review otherwise). The way that I arranged the tubing, this over-the-bed table/desk even fits her EASTERN KING bed in her other bedroom (unfortunately, the top critical review claiming that is does not fit a king bed is wrong - she likely just didn't assemble it in the most advantageous way). I wish people would be more careful when reviewing seller products. This is a QUALITY and PRETTY over-the-bed table/desk that allows her to keep drinks and food near her without have to roll over and reach far away to her nightstand. It can also be used as a DESK against a wall just about anywhere or even an OCCASIONAL TABLE because the width shrinks down tremendously depending on how you orient the tubing lengths. Again, even though it is black (which I love), it takes up very little visual space due to its SLEEK design. EXTREMELY PLEASED with this purchase from TigerDad. Can't wait to surprise my mother when she wakes up! And now I want one for myself.

Nice table, easy to move, a bit had to adjust.
I bought this table to work for several hours on my laptop from home. I needed a table that I could easily move from office to couch, to outside. It is exactly what I was looking for and fits my needs nicely. The assembly was very easy, but the initial adjusting was a bit tricky doing it alone; it is a bit hard to adjust up and out. Fortunately I have it in a position that works for all the different places I move it too so I have no need to readjust it, but If I you have to adjust it often, you may need someone to help. Also I keep a small magnetic level attached to the side rail in case I need to adjust it, so that I can make sure its level. The table is very sturdy, rolls nicely, I have the black one which is nice looking. I am not sure if it will fit over a bed, I did not purchase it for that, but it is wide enough to hold my 17" laptop at an angle, and long enough to hold my laptop, mouse pad, maneuver my mouse, I can spread out files and paperwork, there is even room for a drink and snack without fear of knocking them off! In fact my husband uses it while he is home, I think that I may have to purchase another!

Easy to assemble, great over the bed desk!
This table is perfect as an over bed desk or table. Something I just realized even existed. With working at home, the desk chair or kitchen table chair get uncomfortable, so this will help for the days when I need the extra comfort by working propped up in bed. The table easily holds my laptop, 2nd monitor and keyboard, with room for coffee and writing space for a notebook. The table is extremely easy together, no tools needed. (it does come with a little wrench if you need to tighten the wheels.) As mentioned in the manufacturer's pictures, Part 2 are the curved legs that attach the table top to the base pieces. One side is 3 to 4 inches longer than the other. You would use the longer side on the table top if you need extra length, or place the long side in the base if you need the extra height. I have a queen size bed, 14" high base and a 10" mattress, I put the long part in the base without any extension, and it is the perfect height. I may change this to place the short side in the base, so I can make it closer to the bed height, and use as a type of headboard (my bed does not have one) when not using the table as a desk. Because the length of the table is adjustable, you do not have to have the table portion be in the middle. This is is a great size for a queen bed, but being a right side of the bed person, I adjusted the length of the poles so that the table top was closer to the right. I would give this a actual rating of 4.75 stars because, though it is easy to put together, there are no holes or measurement markings on the poles so that you can be sure they are all the exact same length or height when tightened. Adjusting 1/2 inch here and 1/2 inch there was time consuming and and a bit frustrating. I am pretty close, but i know they are not 100% even. And while the table seems to move okay, I also gave is a 4 star for sturdiness for this reason. After a day's use, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Super
I've had it for seven years, since I started working from home. I have a queen bed, and there was empty area on the sides, so I got a piece of board left over from some project, similar to the back of furniture, and cut it to size and placed it on one side to fill the gap and this added 15 in to the actual table area... I mounted two monitors and had room for the laptop, keyboard, dock, and plenty left over for coffee and More I used the jumbo paper clips, the big black ones to hold the cords so they didn't hang down and tangle my dogs when they jumped under the table onto my bed... The first pic shows the desk as i use it with the monitors and laptop. The second pic shows how I held all the cables tight, and the third, the additional board that allows for about 15 more desktop... Works great With that weight from the monitors and their brackets, I do have to be careful when I roll it, to make sure the monitors are forward over the desk, because once i forgot and they were far back and the desk almost toppled over, but once in seven years, and it's just logical if all the weight is out and over the back of the table... Btw, sorry about the dust.. removing popcorn from ceiling no matter how often I clean, it settles everywhere over and over ..

Great table for the price. Adjusts to fit different size beds. So versatile!
I was looking for something to use while recovering from surgery. This table is perfect! I wasn't sure how I would like it because all the affordable tables had poor reviews on Amazon, and the ones with good reviews were $300-$400. But I took a chance on this one and couldn't be happier! Assembly was easy. My home health aide and I assembled it in 10 minutes with no tools required. It's very adjustable too. Right now it's at the narrowest settings for my twin size hospital bed, but once I'm healed I'll expand it to fit my queen bed or just push it against the wall and turn it into a desk. It's extremely multi-functional. It seems sturdy enough and the height adjusts easily too. It just arrived yesterday but so far I'm thrilled. If I have any issues in the future I'll come back and edit this post, but right now I couldn't recommend this more highly. My one concern is that the small rolling feet might not work as well on carpet, but since I have hardwood floors that's not a concern for me. This table makes sense for anyone bedridden, but I also think it would be handy for anyone who likes to use their computer in bed or eat meals in bed. EDIT: I have been using this table over a month now and I'm still happy. It seems very durable and it's easy to clean. Sometimes when you're rolling it and reverse direction the Little Wheels get stuck for a moment but if you stop and jiggle it they flip around and you can keep rolling.

Great table! Well made-fits over recliner. Easy to put together but you may need assistance
I just got this table and I want it to sit over my recliner so I can work at my computer with my feet up. I tried an extra large TV tray but it wouldn't fit and was flimsy. This table is perfect--its sturdy and mobile. The only thing I would change is for it to be a little shorter. Its a bit long at 55" and hard to store in my apartment. It would be nice if they could offer a shorter version as well. You have to figure out how to put the table together as there are no instructions. Basically the legs slide into place and lock with the knobs. I opted to put the shorter end of the legs in the table so it could be adjusted higher. If you want the table to fit over a bed you would slide the longer end of the legs into the table so it can stretch out more. I am an older lady with arthritic hands so the weight of the table was difficult for me as well as tightening the knobs. You may need help if you have some strength or lifting issues. Despite that--a good purchase and the only things I've found that will work with a recliner.

AMAZING overbed Work Station!
A work station that is portable for use anywhere and a comfy option when you work in bed as I do. The overbed work station gives you plenty of room for your computer, keyboard, mouse, phone plus remotes for the TV, your kleenex box and other personal items all handily available. I like to watch TV sometimes when I work so this is ideal. Suits a single or double bed and the height can also be adjusted. I like that the wheels roll smoothly and with ease. Set up and assembly was a breeze.

One of the best items I have purchased.
I purchased this over the bed desk 2 years ago. I had looked for a product like this for several years and was thrilled when I found it on amazon. It took me 15 minutes to put together. I use it every morning for at least 2 hours (I am retired) with my adjustable bed. I have a computer and monitor on it and I can surf and watch videos in the most comfort I will have all day. It is very sturdy and easily maneuvered. I can practically move it with one hand. It has exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend it enough.

Very sturdy!
We have a headboard but no footboard and my hubby likes to have something to put his hand on for balance as he goes by the foot of the bed. Very practical. Parcel came looking pretty rough but content was intact. Easy to assemble. Very happy!

Worth it.
First off, this desk definitely goes over a king bed - you just have to make sure you put the "L" shape poles in the right way; the longer ends need to go into the desk table part, the shorter ends need point down into the legs part. That said, it does start to sag down a bit with more weight when stretched to king bed but still surprisingly sturdy despite that. Will be hard to roll on carpet though, fine on smooth surfaces. I love using this desk on a lazy boy chair because I can slide it right over with the seat fully reclined and adjust height as needed. Very comfortable!! Versatile and strong , I hate working in one spot all day from it, so it's nice to pull it to wherever I want to go: to use with my office chair as a desk , or over a bed, ect. I've even stretched it out to king size mode and had it across a full 3 seater couch when I wanted to sit there. Holds a lot of weight, I have laptop, big speakers and so much more on it and it's completely sturdy. Great purchase for me.
