Ease of installation
Really like the ease of installation. And the quality of Schluter products.

good but not easy
install of this drain system is somewhat complicated & requires some finesse and not for amatuer installers. read the instructions and follow all the steps properly. it works well and the drain cover does a decent job of not getting glommed up with hair & soap schmutz like other one will. the solid stainless drain with uncomplicated drain cover is worth it i guess

Not what it appeared. Either grate was Not put in box or you have to buy it separately!
Ordered the item believing it was the assembly but the assembly did not come with top of the tray, No grate Disappointed.

Very good material used in construction went in smoothly and easy as for longevity we will have to see
